The Canadian official, considered one of the strongest players in the Commission, says the big celebration of the sport will not start on July 24, as planned.
At the same time, Pound emphasizes that the most likely scenario for the Olympics is to postpone for 2021. Final decisions are expected, however, over the next 4 weeks.
Recall that several federations around the world have called for their postponement, while four countries have made it clear they will not send their athletes to Japan.
