According to reports in the Singapore press, Razvan Lucescu is one of the four candidates for the position of coach of the Lion City Sailors, the team of the 5th richest man in Singapore.

Σύμφωνα με δημοσιεύματα στον Τύπο της Σιγκαπούρης, ο Ραζβάν Λουτσέσκου είναι ο ένας από τους τέσσερις υποψήφιους για τη θέση του προπονητή των Λάιον Σίτι Σέιλορς, της ομάδας του 5ου πλουσιότερου άνδρα της Σιγκαπούρης.
Παράκρουση έχει προκαλέσει στους συμπατριώτες του Ραζβάν Λουτσέσκου η είδηση των «The Straits Times» της Σιγκαπούρης, ότι ο Ρουμάνος προπονητής βρίσκεται στη λίστα των Λάιον Σίτι Σέιλορς, που ψάχνουν τον αντικαταστάτη του Αουρέλιο Βίντμαρ που απολύθηκε πρόσφατα.
Οι Λάιον Σίτι Σέιλορς αποτελούν σύλλογο ιδιοκτησίας του Φόρεστ Λι, του 5ου πλουσιότερου ανθρώπου της Σιγκαπούρης και 177ου στη φετινή λίστα του «Forbes» με τους δισεκατομμυριούχους του κόσμου, με περιουσία συνολικής αξίας 12.4εκ. δολαρίων.
