Super League: Volos - Kifissia behind closed doors after DEAB decision

With its announcement and after checking the stadiums where the playoffs and playouts will be played, the DEAB made it known that Volos - Kifisia will be played without people as the security cameras are not working at Panthessaliko.

Following a decision by the Greek Football Association that became known and with an official announcement, Volos - Kifissia for the 2nd matchday of the Stoiximan Super League playouts will be held behind closed doors and without the presence of people in the stands.

This, as the Permanent Committee for Combating Violence in Panthessalikos has announced, the security cameras are still not working.

We should note that this is the third match that will be played behind closed doors following a decision by the DEAB, as Lamia - AEK and Asteras - Kifisia had preceded it due to the same problem.

On the contrary, in all the other stadiums where we will have matches on the weekend for the 2nd matchday of the playoffs and playouts, there will normally be people.

The relevant announcement of the DEAB states:

"The Standing Committee on Combating Violence announces that:

A) In view of the 2nd matchday of the Stoiximan Playoffs and Playouts 2023/2024 - Super League, the following stadiums were checked by the competent Police Authorities and meet the conditions for the legal operation of the cameras:

Playoffs 3/31/2024:

• "APOSTOLOS NIKOLAIDES" STADIUM, for the match PANATHINAIKOS - PAOK

• "OPAP ARENA" FIELD for the match AEK - OLYMPIACOS

• “KLEANTHIS VIKELIDIS” FIELD, for the match ARIS – PAS LAMIA

Playouts 30/3/2024:

• SERRON MUNICIPAL STADIUM, for the match PANSERRAIKOS - ASTERAS TRIPOLIS

• FIELD "TH. VARDINOGIANNIS", for the match OFI - ATROMITOS ATHENS

• "ZOSIMADES" NATIONAL STADIUM, for the match PAS YIANNINA - PANAETOLIKOS

B) With its decision No. 10/27-03-2024, the DEAB imposed the administrative sanction of the holding without the presence of spectators of the match VOLOS - KIFISIA, which is to be held at the "PANTTHESSALIC STADIUM" on 30/3/2024 , for the championship of the 2nd matchday of the Super League Playout 2023/2024.

It was established by the competent Police Authority, both during the 1st control, and during the control carried out after the 12-hour deadline, that the cameras of the electronic surveillance system are not working in it, in accordance with the provisions of the provision of par. 6 of Article 8 of Law 5085/2024".

Η ΔΕΑΒ με ανακοίνωση της και μετά από έλεγχο στα γήπεδα που θα γίνουν οι αγώνες των playoffs και των playouts έκανε γνωστό πως το Βόλος - Κηφισιά θα διεξαχθεί χωρίς κόσμο καθώς στο Πανθεσσαλικό δεν λειτουργούν οι κάμερες ασφαλείας.

Μετά από απόφαση της ΔΕΑΒ που έγινε γνωστή και με επίσημη ανακοίνωση το Βόλος - Κηφισιά για τη 2η αγωνιστική των playouts της Stoiximan Super League θα διεξαχθεί κεκλεισμένων των θυρών και χωρίς την παρουσία κόσμου στις εξέδρες.

Αυτό καθώς όπως κάνει γνωστό η Διαρκής Επιτροπή Αντιμετώπισης της Βίας στο Πανθεσσαλικό δεν λειτουργούν ακόμα οι κάμερες ασφαλείας.

Θα πρέπει να σημειώσουμε πως αυτό είναι το τρίτο ματς που θα διεξαχθεί χωρίς κόσμο μετά από απόφαση της ΔΕΑΒ καθώς είχαν προηγηθεί το Λαμία - ΑΕΚ και το Αστέρας - Κηφισιά για το ίδιο πρόβλημα.

Αντίθετα σε όλα τα άλλα γήπεδα που θα έχουμε το Σαββατοκύριακο αγώνες για την 2η αγωνιστική των playoffs και playouts θα υπάρξει κανονικά κόσμος.

Η σχετική ανακοίνωση της ΔΕΑΒ αναφέρει:

"Η Διαρκής Επιτροπή Αντιμετώπισης της Βίας ανακοινώνει ότι:

Α) Ενόψει της 2ης αγωνιστικής της Stoiximan Playoffs και Playouts 2023/2024 - Super League ελέγχθηκαν από τις αρμόδιες Αστυνομικές Αρχές και πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις σύννομης λειτουργίας των καμερών τα εξής γήπεδα:

Playoffs 31/3/2024:

• ΓΗΠΕΔΟ «ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΟΣ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΪΔΗΣ», για τον αγώνα ΠΑΝΑΘΗΝΑΪΚΟΣ – ΠΑΟΚ

• ΓΗΠΕΔΟ «OPAP ARENA» για τον αγώνα ΑΕΚ – ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ

• ΓΗΠΕΔΟ «ΚΛΕΑΝΘΗΣ ΒΙΚΕΛΙΔΗΣ», για τον αγώνα ΑΡΗΣ – ΠΑΣ ΛΑΜΙΑ

Playouts 30/3/2024:

• ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΟ ΣΤΑΔΙΟ ΣΕΡΡΩΝ, για τον αγώνα ΠΑΝΣΕΡΡΑΪΚΟΣ - ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΤΡΙΠΟΛΗΣ

• ΓΗΠΕΔΟ «Θ. ΒΑΡΔΙΝΟΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ», για τον αγώνα ΟΦΗ - ΑΤΡΟΜΗΤΟΣ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ

• ΕΘΝΙΚΟ ΣΤΑΔΙΟ «ΟΙ ΖΩΣΙΜΑΔΕΣ», για τον αγώνα ΠΑΣ ΓΙΑΝΝΙΝΑ - ΠΑΝΑΙΤΩΛΙΚΟΣ

Β) Με την υπ΄ αριθμ. 10/27-03-2024 απόφασή της η ΔΕΑΒ επέβαλε τη διοικητική κύρωση της διεξαγωγής χωρίς την παρουσία θεατών του αγώνα ΒΟΛΟΣ – ΚΗΦΙΣΙΑ, που πρόκειται να διεξαχθεί στο «ΠΑΝΘΕΣΣΑΛΙΚΟ ΣΤΑΔΙΟ» στις 30/3/2024, για το πρωτάθλημα της 2ης αγωνιστικής των Playout της Super League 2023/2024.

Διαπιστώθηκε από την αρμόδια Αστυνομική Αρχή, τόσο κατά τον 1ο έλεγχο, όσο και κατά τον έλεγχο που διενεργήθηκε μετά την παρέλευση της προθεσμίας του 12ωρου, ότι δεν λειτουργούν σε αυτό οι κάμερες του ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος εποπτείας, σύμφωνα με τις προβλέψεις της διάταξης της παρ. 6 του άρθρου 8 του ν. 5085/2024".
