In a move worthy of applause, the New York Red Bulls players protected the children accompanying them on the pitch with their jackets.
The New York Red Bulls cruised to a 4-0 MLS win over Inter Miami, but the home team's players were applauded for another reason besides the score.
The match took place in torrential rain and entering the pitch was not easy for the children accompanying the players. However, in a magnificent move the players covered and protected the children with their jackets.
In the cold rain, the New York Red Bulls players took off their coats and gave them to their mascots.

Σε μία κίνηση άξια χειροκροτήματος οι παίκτες των New York Red Bulls προστάτευσαν τα παιδιά που τους συνόδευαν στον αγωνιστικό χώρο με τα μπουφάν τους.
Οι New York Red Bulls επικράτησαν 4-0 της Inter Miami για το MLS, ωστόσο πέρα από το σκορ οι παίκτες των γηπεδούχων δέχθηκαν το χειροκρότημα και γι' άλλο λόγο.
Ο αγώνας πραγματοποιήθηκε υπό καταρρακτώδη βροχή και η είσοδος στον αγωνιστικό χώρο δεν ήταν εύκολη για τα παιδιά που συνόδευαν τους ποδοσφαιριστές. Ωστόσο, σε μία μεγαλειώδη κίνηση οι παίκτες κάλυψαν και προστάτευσαν τα παιδιά με τα μπουφάν τους.
