Σύμφωνα με τη «Mirror» ο Γκουστάβο Πογέτ είναι το μεγάλο φαβορί για να αναλάβει την εθνική Ιρλανδίας, ενώ υποψήφιος είναι και ο Γουιλί Σανιόλ.
Η εθνική Ιρλανδίας βρίσκεται σε αναζήτηση προπονητή και ανάμεσα στα δύο ονόματα που βρίσκονται «ψηλά» στη λίστα της είναι ο Γκουστάβο Πογέτ.
Σύμφωνα με τη «Mirror», ο Ουρουγουανός τεχνικός της Εθνικής Ελλάδος είναι το μεγάλο φαβορί για να αναλάβει την τεχνική ηγεσία της Ιρλανδίας, ενώ στη σχετική λίστα βρίσκεται και το όνομα του προπονητή της Γεωργίας, Γουιλί Σανιόλ.
Υπενθυμίζουμε πως το συμβόλαιο του Πογέτ λήγει τέλη Μαρτίου και σύμφωνα με τα ρεπορτάζ δεν αναμένεται να ανανεώσει με την Εθνική Ελλάδος. Ο 56χρονος Ουρουγουανός τεχνικός είχε ξανά βρεθεί στο παρελθόν στο «στόχαστρο» των Ιρλανδών, με το ενδιαφέρον τους να γίνεται ολοένα και πιο έντονο.
