Η επιστολή που έλαβαν, τόσο ο πρόεδρος, όσο και οι συνεργάτες του αναφέρει πως η πλειοψηφία των φίλων της ομάδας αισθάνονται πως υπάρχει αποσύνδεση των δύο πόλων που συντηρούν το σύλλογο, της διοίκησης και του κόσμου αλλά και με τον προπονητή και τους παίκτες. Όπως αναφέρουν οι τιμές των εισιτηρίων και των εκδρομών, οι εμφανίσεις της ομάδας αλλά και οι φυσικές ανάγκες των φιλάθλων δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με τα όσα υποσχέθηκε ο Αμερικανός επιχειρηματίας, όταν ανέλαβε την Τσέλσι.
