World Cup: Japan and Saudi Arabia qualified for the finals in Qatar
Japan and Australia advanced to the World Cup finals, thanks to the "blue samurai" victory over Australia with 2-0 in Sydney. A total of 17 teams, including the hosts, qualified for the main event.
Two more teams qualified for the World Cup finals in Qatar. These are Japan and Saudi Arabia, which celebrated the qualification, thanks to the away victory of the blue samurai in Australia with 2-0 and thus have a distance from the "kangaroos" six (Japan) and four (Saudi Arabia).
Of course, Australia will be able to claim the ticket to qualify for the World Cup, through the play-offs with the third group of the other group (currently the United Arab Emirates) in the Asia-Oceania zone.

Η Ιαπωνία με την Αυστραλία προκρίθηκαν στα τελικά του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου, χάρη στη νίκη που πέτυχαν οι "μπλε σαμουράι" επί της Αυστραλίας με 2-0 στο Σίδνεϊ. Συνολικά 17 ομάδες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των οικοδεσποτών εξασφάλισαν την πρόκρισή τους στην κύρια διοργάνωση.
Δύο ακόμα ομάδες εξασφάλισαν την πρόκριση στα τελικά του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου στο Κατάρ. Πρόκειται για την Ιαπωνία και τη Σαουδική Αραβία, οι οποίες πανηγύρισαν την πρόκριση, χάρη στην εκτός έδρας νίκη των μπλε σαμουράι στην Αυστραλία με 2-0 και έτσι έχουν απόσταση από τα "καγκουρό" έξι (Ιαπωνία) και τέσσερις (Σαουδική Αραβία).
Φυσικά η Αυστραλία θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να διεκδικήσει το εισιτήριο για την πρόκριση στο Μουντιάλ, μέσω των αγώνων μπαράζ με τον τρίτο του άλλου ομίλου (αυτή τη στιγμή είναι τα Ηνωμένα Αραβικά Εμιράτα) στη ζώνη της Ασίας - Ωκεανίας.
