Ernesto Valverde is always in the "frame" of Tottenham according to the British and Spanish media.

For days now, the name of Ernesto Valverde has been on the shortlist of the new sports director of Tottenham, Fabio Paratici, for the bench of the Spurs.

Talks with the 57-year-old Spanish former coach of Olympiacos (2008-09 and 2010-12) continue - as with the other candidates - so his name according to the British (TalkSport) and Spanish (Marca) press remains in the "frame" for the London team.

Valverde has been unemployed since January 2020, when he stepped down from Barcelona's technical leadership. He won three championships and two Cups with the Red and Whites, a Spanish Supercup with Bilbao, two championships, a cup and a Spanish Supercup with Barcelona.

Εδώ και μέρες το όνομα του Ερνέστο Βαλβέρδε φιγουράρει στη shortlist του νέου αθλητικού διευθυντή της Τότεναμ, Φάμπιο Παράτιτσι, για τον πάγκο των Σπερς.

Οι συνομιλίες με τον 57χρονο Ισπανό πρώην προπονητή του Ολυμπιακού (2008-09 και 2010-12) συνεχίζονται - όπως και με τους άλλους υποψηφίους - έτσι το όνομά του σύμφωνα με το βρετανικό (TalkSport) και ισπανικό (Marca) Τύπο παραμένει στο «κάδρο» για την ομάδα του Λονδίνου.

Ο Βαλβέρδε παραμένει άνεργος από τον Ιανουάριο του 2020, όταν απομακρύνθηκε από την τεχνική ηγεσία της Μπαρτσελόνα. Κατέκτησε τρία πρωταθλήματα και δύο Κύπελλα με τους Ερυθρόλευκους, ένα ισπανικό Supercup με την Μπιλμπάο, δύο πρωταθλήματα, ένα κύπελλο και ένα Supercup Ισπανίας με την Μπαρτσελόνα.
