Real Madrid swept, they crushed Bayern 93-71 and qualified for the EuroLeague playoffs. The Madrid team is on the road to Olympiacos, the Bavarians are at home.

The defeat by Paris seems to have rallied Real, which seized the opportunity on Good Friday night (18/4), defeated Bayern Munich 93-71 and qualified for the EuroLeague playoffs to fight with Olympiacos, with the Final Four in Abu Dhabi (23-25/5) as a backdrop.

Σαρωτική η Ρεάλ, πάτησε με 93-71 τη Μπάγερν και προκρίθηκε στα playoffs της EuroLeague. Στο δρόμο του Ολυμπιακού οι Μαδριλένοι, στο σπίτι τους οι Βαυαροί.

Η ήττα από την Παρί φαίνεται πως συσπείρωσε τη Ρεάλ, η οποία άρπαξε το βράδυ της Μεγάλης Παρασκευής (18/4) την ευκαιρία, νίκησε με 93-71 τη Μπάγερν Μονάχου και προκρίθηκε στα playoffs της EuroLeague για να παλέψει με τον Ολυμπιακό, με φόντο το Final Four του Άμπου Ντάμπι (23-25/5).

Ο Μάριο Χεζόνια κι ο Αλμπέρτο Αμπάλδε έκαναν σπουδαία δουλειά, η άμυνα ήταν από νωρίς αποτελεσματική και οι Μαδριλένοι του Τσους Ματέο μετέτρεψαν την πίεση για το αποτέλεσμα σε δημιουργικότητα για να σώσουν, προς το παρόν τουλάχιστον, την ευρωπαϊκή τους σεζόν.

Η Μπάγερν, από την άλλη, δεν μπορούσε να καλύψει εκ των έσω την απουσία του Κάρσεν Έντουαρντς. Ο Σαμπάζ Νέιπιερ έκανε όσα μπορούσε και ίσως ακόμη περισσότερα, ο Ντέβιν Μπούκερ είχε τις στιγμές του, συνολικά ωστόσο οι Βαυαροί έδειξαν για ακόμα ένα βράδυ την αδυναμία τους να ανταγωνιστούν καλές ομάδες μακριά από το Μόναχο.

Οι γηπεδούχοι άνοιξαν το ματς με 7/8 τρίποντα (33-17 στο φινάλε της περιόδου) και στις αρχές του δεύτερου δεκαλέπτου είχαν οκτώ καλάθια από την περιφέρεια, με οκτώ παίκτες να έχουν σκοράρει τουλάχιστον μία φορά πίσω από τα 6μ.75.

Η Μπάγερν έκανε την προσπάθειά της, ωστόσο δεν γύρισε ποτέ στο ματς, δεν απείλησε ποτέ, δεν είχε ούτε την ένταση, ούτε το βάθος για να ζορίσει τη Ρεάλ που παίζει την Κυριακή (20/4 στις 13:30) με την Ανδόρα και στη συνέχεια θα μπει στο αεροπλάνο για να ταξιδέψει στην Ελλάδα.
