Super League: Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday

The Stoiximan Super League has announced an extraordinary General Assembly for Monday.

The Stoiximan Super League has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (to be held via video conference) for Monday. The only topic of discussion will be the election of representatives of the cooperative to the Executive Committee of the EPO, which will result from the elections of the Federation on 22/7.

The announcement

It is announced that on Monday 22 July 2024 at 13:00, an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Super League will be held, via video conference.

The only item on the agenda is as follows:

- Election of Super League Representatives to the Executive Committee of the E.P.O. which will arise after the elections of 7/22/2024.

It is noted that in case of failure to reach a quorum, according to article 15 par. 2 of the Articles of Association of the Cooperative, the (repeat) General Assembly will take place on the same day, one (1) hour later (i.e. at 2:00 p.m.), with the same as above agenda items, via teleconference and without any other invitation.

Η Stoiximan Super League ανακοίνωσε έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση για τη Δευτέρα.

Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση (που θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης) ανακοίνωσε για τη Δευτέρα η Stoiximan Super League. Το μοναδικό θέμα συζήτησης θα είναι η εκλογή εκπροσώπων του συνεταιρισμού στην Εκτελεστική Επιτροπή της ΕΠΟ, που θα προκύψει τιςς εκλογές της Ομοσπονδίας στις 22/7.

Η ανακοίνωση

Ανακοινώνεται ότι τη Δευτέρα 22 Ιουλίου 2024 στις 13:00, θα πραγματοποιηθεί Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση της Super League, μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης.

Το μόνο θέμα ημερήσιας διάταξης έχει ως ακολούθως:

- Εκλογή Εκπροσώπων της Super League στην Εκτελεστική Επιτροπή της Ε.Π.Ο. που θα προκύψει μετά τις αρχαιρεσίες της 22/7/2024.

Σημειώνεται ότι σε περίπτωση μη επίτευξης απαρτίας, κατά το άρθρο 15 παρ. 2 του Καταστατικού του Συνεταιρισμού, η (επαναληπτική) Γενική Συνέλευση θα λάβει χώρα την ίδια ημέρα, μία (1) ώρα αργότερα (ήτοι στις 14:00), με τα ίδια ως άνω θέματα ημερησίας διάταξης, μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης και χωρίς άλλη πρόσκληση.
