Barcelona: Agreement with Newcastle for 80 million euros for Gordon
A final agreement between Barcelona and Newcastle for the transfer of Anthony Gordon was revealed by "Athletic", amounting to 80 million euros.
Barcelona moved at lightning speed to acquire Anthony Gordon and after getting the "yes" from the Englishman, a few hours later reached a final agreement with Newcastle to complete the deal!
As "Athletic" reveals, the two sides shook hands for the amount of 80 million euros, while the agreement also includes a resale percentage. For its part, Bayern withdrew its interest and made it clear that it will not match the offer, paving the way for Gordon's move to Barcelona.
Barring any last-minute issues, the English winger will be Barcelona's first summer signing, as they look to strengthen their attacking line with either Julian Alvarez or Joao Pedro.
Anthony Gordon has been a key player for Newcastle this season, making 46 appearances and scoring 17 goals and providing five assists.

Οριστική συμφωνία μεταξύ Μπαρτσελόνα και Νιούκαστλ για τη μεταγραφή του Άντονι Γκόρντον αποκάλυψε το «Athletic», ύψους 80 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ.
Η Μπαρτσελόνα κινήθηκε με αστραπιαίους ρυθμούς για την απόκτηση του Άντονι Γκόρντον κι αφού πήρε το «ναι» του Άγγλου, λίγες ώρες αργότερα κατέληξε σε οριστική συμφωνία και με τη Νιούκαστλ για την ολοκλήρωση του deal!
Όπως αποκαλύπτει το «Athletic», οι δυο πλευρές έδωσαν τα χέρια για το ποσό των 80 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, ενώ στη συμφωνία συμπεριλαμβάνεται και ποσοστό μεταπώλησης. Από την πλευρά της η Μπάγερν απέσυρε το ενδιαφέρον και ξεκαθάρισε πως δεν πρόκειται να ματσάρει την πρόταση, ανοίγοντας διάπλατα τον δρόμο για την μετακόμιση του Γκόρντον στη Βαρκελώνη.
Εφόσον δεν προκύψουν ζητήματα της τελευταίας στιγμής, ο Άγγλος εξτρέμ θα αποτελέσει την πρώτη μεταγραφική κίνηση της Μπαρτσελόνα για το καλοκαίρι, η οποία θέλει να ενισχυθεί περαιτέρω στην επιθετική γραμμή με έναν εκ των Χουλιάν Άλβαρες ή Ζοάο Πέδρο.
