Aris: Robinson Earl is his!

Aris has formalized the great deal with Jeremiah Robinson Earl as it announced its acquisition with a two-year contract.

The big trick was done and Aris – offering one of the largest contracts in its modern history – formalized the acquisition of Jeremiah Robinson Earl, thus completing a great transfer. The 25-year-old American forward is one of the most important transfers of this year and is expected to be one of the mainstays of the “yellows” in the upcoming season.

In its announcement, the KAE states that… “announces the acquisition of Jeremiah Robinson-Earl until 2028. Jeremiah Robinson-Earl was born on November 3, 2000 and is 2.06m tall. He plays the power forward and center positions. The 26-year-old ace attended Bishop Miege High School for three years in his school career, where in his third year, with 21.3 points, 8.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.3 steals, he led his team to the Kansas state title. In 2019, he joined the Villanova university program and in his first season he was named Big East Freshman of the Year, with 10.5 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. He finished his sophomore season with 15.7 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists, performances that earned him the title of Big East co-Player of the Year, along with current Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers players Collin Gillespie and Sandro Mamukelashvili, respectively.

After just two years in the NCAA, Robinson-Earl declared for the 2021 NCAA draft, where he was selected with the 32nd overall pick by the New York Knicks, who traded him to the Oklahoma City Thunder. In his rookie year, in 49 games (36 as a starter), he averaged 7.5 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1 assist. In the 2022–23 season, in 43 games (20 as a starter), he had 6.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1 assist per game.

In the summer of 2023, he was traded to the Houston Rockets and then signed with the New Orleans Pelicans. In the 2023-24 season, he averaged 2.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 39 games, while the following season (2024-25) he had a more active role, since in 66 games (9 of them as a starter) he had 6.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists.

In 2025, he agreed with the Indiana Pacers, with whom, in 17 games, he had 4.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, while he played in 5 games with the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 4.4 points and 3 rebounds.

At the national level, in 2018 the new player of ARIS Betsson led the U18 USA team to win the Pan American Championship and in 2019 the U19 team to win the World Championship, averaging 12.7 points and 6.3 rebounds.

Σε εθνικό επίπεδο, το 2018 ο νέος παίκτης του ΑΡΗ Betsson οδήγησε την U18 ομάδα των ΗΠΑ στην κατάκτηση του Παναμερικανικού Πρωταθλήματος και το 2019 την ομάδα U19 στην κατάκτηση του Παγκοσμίου Πρωταθλήματος, μετρώντας 12.7 πόντους και 6.3 ριμπάουντ».
