A shocking turnaround in the match in Poznan, with Aarhus going to the locker room with a 1-0 lead thanks to a goal by Beh in the 32nd minute. Η απόλυτη ανατροπή-δώρο για την ΑΕΚ! Παρότι πήγε στο Πόζναν με την πλάτη στον τοίχο, η Άαρχους επιβίωσε στα πέναλτι κόντρα στη Λεχ και με ανεπανάληπτο comeback έστειλε την Ένωση στους ισχυρούς!

Είχε θέληση στην Πολωνία η Άαρχους και... άστρο η ΑΕΚ! Παρότι το ματς στο Πόζναν με τη Λεχ έμοιαζε με τυπική διαδικασία, η ομάδα της Δανίας έκανε την απόλυτη ανατροπή και πήρε ηρωική πρόκριση! Έχοντας ηττηθεί 4-1 στο πρώτο ματς, η Άαρχους κατάφερε να ανατρέψει όλα τα προγνωστικά, να στείλει με 3-0 το ματς στην παράταση και, παρότι ισοφαρίστηκε, βρήκε ξανά γκολ, έφερε στα ίσα το σκορ και μέσω των πέναλτι προκρίθηκε στον επόμενο γύρο!

Έκανε το απόλυτο δώρο στην πρωταθλήτρια Ελλάδας η αντίστοιχη της Δανίας, αφού την έστειλε στους ισχυρούς στα playoffs του Champions League και της αναπτερώνει τις πιθανότητες να επιστρέψει στην κορυφαία ευρωπαϊκή διασυλλογική διοργάνωση μετά από επτά σεζόν!

Συγκλονιστική διακύμανση στην αναμέτρηση στο Πόζναν, με την Άαρχους να πηγαίνει στα αποδυτήρια ούσα μπροστά στο σκορ με 1-0 χάρη σε γκολ του Μπεχ στο 32'. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, ο Άρνσταντ με πέναλτι έκανε το 0-2, ενώ στο 75' ο Τίνγκανγκερ έστειλε την ομάδα του ακόμη πιο κοντά στο όνειρο για το 3-0 και το ματς οδηγήθηκε στην παράταση.

Εκεί οι γηπεδούχοι, με τον Γιάγκιελο στο 95', μείωσαν σε 1-3, ενώ στο 100' ο Κρίστιανσον ισοφάρισε το σκορ του πρώτου αγώνα για το 1-4!

Στην ψυχοφθόρο διαδικασία, παρότι οι φιλοξενούμενοι έχασαν το δικό τους πρώτο πέναλτι, η Λεχ με τον Σαγιαμάντες και τον Κοζούμπαλ αστόχησαν και η Άαρχους πήρε το προβάδισμα με 2-1. Ως το φινάλε οι Δανοί ήταν ψύχραιμοι και με σκορ 4-3 έκαναν το απόλυτο θαύμα, παίρνοντας την πρόκριση!
