Stefan Jovic is officially a player of Aris Betsson, with the "yellow and black" OEM announcing the acquisition of the experienced Serbian guard, adding quality and experience to its roster ahead of the new season.

The 35-year-old playmaker (born November 3, 1990), 1.98 m tall, signed a cooperation contract for the 2026-27 season, with the agreement also including an option to renew for the 2027-28 season.

Jovic has a rich career at the top level of European basketball, having played for Red Star, Bayern Munich, Khimki and Panathinaikos.

Last year, he averaged 5.7 points and 4.5 assists in 29 games for the Bavarians. At the same time, he was a key member of the Serbian national team for years, with which he won silver medals at the Olympic Games, World Cup and Eurobasket.

"KAE ARIS Betsson announces the acquisition of Stefan Jovic for the 2026-27 season, with an option to renew for the 2027-28 season.

Stefan Jovic was born on November 3, 1990 and with a height of 1.98m. plays in the position of point guard.

The Serbian athlete played from 2010 to 2012 for Sloga. From 2012 to 2014 he played for KK Radnicki and in 2014 he signed a three-year contract with Red Star Belgrade. In his first season he won the ABA League trophy, the Serbian championship and the Serbian cup, and also played in 19 Euroleague games.

In the 2015-16 season, in a game against Bayern Munich, he set an all-time record for assists in the Euroleague, sharing 19, while he was named MVP of the ABA League finals.

In 2017, he agreed to a two-year contract with Bayern Munich. In his first season, he was crowned German champion, averaging 7.4 points and 5.3 assists in the league and 5.3 points, 5.6 assists in the BKT EuroCup.

In 2018-19, he won the German championship again (6.3 points, 4.8 assists) and in the Euroleague, he averaged 8.3 points and 4.6 assists in 23 games.

In 2019, he signed a two-year contract with Khimki. In his first season, he averaged 7.6 points and 4.2 assists in 23 games in the Euroleague, while in his second season, he struggled with injury and appeared in 8 games, with 4.4 points and 3.8 assists.

In the middle of the 2021-22 season, Stefan Jovic came to Greece for the first time on behalf of Panathinaikos AKTOR (3.4 points, 2 assists in Greece and 3.5 points, 2.2 assists in the Euroleague).

In 2022, he agreed with Zaragoza, where he averaged 8.7 points and 4.2 assists, while for the next two years he signed with Valencia. In the first season (2023-24) he had 4.9 points and 3.2 assists in 60 games and in the second (2024-25) 4 points and 4.4 assists in 45 games.

Last year, he returned to Bayern Munich, with which he averaged 5.7 points and 4.5 assists in 29 games.

In total, in his collective career, Stefan Jovic has won 11 titles: 3 ABA Leagues, 3 Serbian championships, 2 Serbian Cups, 2 German championships and 1 German Cup.

At the national level, the new ARIS Betsson athlete has been an integral member of the Serbian teams. In total, with his country's national team, he has won one silver and five bronze medals in major competitions.

Ο 35χρονος πλέι μέικερ (γεννημένος στις 3 Νοεμβρίου 1990), ύψους 1,98 μ., υπέγραψε συμβόλαιο συνεργασίας για τη σεζόν 2026-27, με τη συμφωνία να περιλαμβάνει και οψιόν ανανέωσης για την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2027-28.

Ο Γιόβιτς διαθέτει πλούσια καριέρα στο κορυφαίο επίπεδο του ευρωπαϊκού μπάσκετ, έχοντας αγωνιστεί σε Ερυθρό Αστέρα, Μπάγερν Μονάχου, Χίμκι και Παναθηναϊκό.

Πέρυσι στους Βαυαρούς σε 29 αγώνες μέτρησε 5.7 πόντους και 4.5 ασίστ κατά μέσο όρο. Παράλληλα, υπήρξε για χρόνια βασικό μέλος της εθνικής Σερβίας, με την οποία κατέκτησε ασημένια μετάλλια σε Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες, Παγκόσμιο Κύπελλο και Eurobasket.

Ο Stefan Jovic είναι γεννηθείς στις 3 Νοεμβρίου του 1990 και με ύψος 1.98μ. αγωνίζεται στη θέση του πόιντ γκαρντ.

Ο Σέρβος αθλητής αγωνίστηκε από το 2010 έως το 2012 στη Sloga. Από το 2012 έως το 2014 έπαιξε στη KK Radnicki και το 2014 υπέγραψε τριετές συμβόλαιο με τον Ερυθρό Αστέρα. Στα μέσα της σεζόν 2021-22 ο Stefan Jovic ήρθε για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα για λογαριασμό του Παναθηναϊκού AKTOR (3.4 πόντοι, 2 ασίστ στην Ελλάδα και 3.5 πόντους, 2.2 ασίστ στη Euroleague).

Το 2022 συμφώνησε με τη Zaragoza στην οποία μέτρησε 8.7 πόντους και 4.2 ασίστ, ενώ για την επόμενη διετία υπέγραψε στη Valencia. Την πρώτη σεζόν (2023-24) είχε 4.9 πόντους και 3.2 ασίστ σε 60 αγώνες και τη δεύτερη (2024-25) 4 πόντους και 4.4 ασίστ σε 45 ματς.

Συνολικά στη συλλογική καριέρα του ο Stefan Jovic έχει κερδίσει 11 τίτλους: 3 ABA League, 3 πρωταθλήματα Σερβίας, 2 Κύπελλα Σερβίας, 2 πρωταθλήματα Γερμανίας και 1 Κύπελλο Γερμανίας.

Σε εθνικό επίπεδο, ο νέος αθλητής του ΑΡΗ Betsson αποτέλεσε αναπόσπαστο μέλος των Σερβικών ομάδων. Συνολικά με τις Εθνικές της χώρας του, έχει κατακτήσει ένα ασημένιο και πέντε χάλκινα μετάλλια σε μεγάλες διοργανώσεις».
