Real Madrid had a tough task at Girona's home ground, as it seemed. In the end, Madrid managed to win 79-71 and thus continue in first place in the standings with a record of 25-4. On the other hand, the losers fell to 10-19 and 16th place.

Moussa was the top scorer of the match with 22 points, while Campazzo had 11 points with 7 assists. On the other hand, Goeben went for a double-double with 9 points and 9 rebounds, while Pons had 11.

Yul and Ibaka did not play for the guests.

H Ρεάλ επικράτησε δύσκολα της Τζιρόνα με 79-71, λίγες μέρες πριν υποδεχθεί τον Ολυμπιακό για τα playoffs της Εuroleague.

Δύσκολο έργο είχε όπως φάνηκε η Ρεάλ στην έδρα της Τζιρόνα. Στο τέλος όμως οι Μαδριλένοι κατάφεραν να νικήσουν με 79-71 και έτσι να συνεχίσουν στην πρώτη θέση της βαθμολογίας με ρεκόρ 25-4. Από την άλλη οι ηττημένοι έπεσαν στο 10-19 και στην 16η θέση.

Κορυφαίος του ματς ο Μούσα με 22 πόντους, ενώ ο Καμπάτσο είχε 11 πόντους με 7 ασίστ. Από την άλλη πλευρά ο Γκέμπεν πήγε για double double με 9 πόντους και 9 ριμπάουντ, ενώ 11 είχε ο Πονς.

Δεν έπαιξαν οι Γιουλ και Ιμπάκα για τους φιλοξενούμενους.

Το σύνολο του Ματέο στρέφει την προσοχή του στο Game 3 για τα playoffs της Euroleague κόντρα στον Ολυμπιακό, στις 29/4 στις 22:00. Η Ρεάλ θέλει να κάνει το 2-1 για να παραμείνει στη σειρά και να πάει για την απόλυτη ανατροπή κόντρα στους Πειραιώτες.
