From official to permanent Gary O'Neill at Bournemouth, who will be at the helm for the next year and a half, with the prospect of extending for another year!
The 39-year-old coach won that contract with the team's performances under his direction, with him even winning the Premier League Manager of the Month award for September.
The club was completely satisfied and decided to "tie" him for this and the next season!
