Chelsea retain interest in Arsen Zakharian ahead of transfer plan.
Arsen Zakharyan, who plays for Dynamo Moscow, continues to be in Chelsea's transfer plans.
As reported by the authoritative journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the "blues" seem to have the 19-year-old in mind in their transfers since the summer transfer window and intend to move for his acquisition in January, this time with their ally the player who declared that he only wants to go to Chelsea.
The Londoners attempted to sign him in the summer, but their plans were "scuttled" due to certain FIFA and UEFA restrictions on the purchase of players from Russian clubs.
Chelsea consider Zakharyan one of the biggest talents in the world right now and want to sign him in order to develop him over the next few years.
With Dynamo Moscow this season, Zakharyan has 18 appearances, 3 goals and 6 assists in Russia's domestic competitions, as all Russian teams have been banned from Europe.

Η Τσέλσι διατηρεί το ενδιαφέρον για τον Άρσεν Ζαχαριάν ενόψει του μεταγραφικού της σχεδιασμού.
Συνεχίζει να βρίσκεται στα μεταγραφικά πλάνα της Τσέλσι ο Άρσεν Ζαχαριάν, ο οποίος αγωνίζεται στη Ντιναμό Μόσχας.
Όπως αναφέρει ο έγκυρος δημοσιογράφος, Φαμπρίτσιο Ρομάνο, οι «μπλε» φέροναι να έχουν στα μεταγραφικά τους υπόψη τον 19χρονο, από την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο μεταγραφών και σκοπεύουν να κινηθούν για την απόκτησή του τον Γενάρη, αυτή τη φορά με σύμμαχό τους τον παίκτη ο οποίος δήλωσε πως θέλει να πάει μόνο στην Τσέλσι.
Οι Λονδρέζοι αποπειράθηκαν να αποσπάσουν την υπογραφή του το καλοκαίρι, όμως, τα σχέδιά τους «ναυάγησαν» λόγω ορισμένων περιορισμών της FIFA και της UEFA σχετικά με την αγορά ποδοσφαιριστών από ρωσικούς συλλόγους.
Η Τσέλσι θεωρεί τον Ζαχαριάν ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα ταλέντα αυτή τη στιγμή στον κόσμο και θέλει να τον αποκτήσει ούτως ώστε να τον εξελίξει μέσα στα επόμενα χρόνια.
Ο Ζαχαριάν με την φανέλα της Ντιναμό Μόσχας τη φετινή σεζόν μετρά 18 συμμετοχές, 3 γκολ και 6 ασίστ στις εγχώριες διοργανώσεις της Ρωσίας, καθώς έχουν αποκλειστεί όλες οι ρωσικές ομάδες από την Ευρώπη.
