Valencia: The new stadium costs over 280 million euros!
Valencia is proceeding with the construction of a new basketball stadium with a capacity of 15,500 seats and as reported in Spain, the cost amounts to 280 million euros.
Even if history has already written that Valencia won the first championship in its history in 2017, nevertheless the facilities of L'Alqueria del Basket are the life's work of Juan Roj. By the 73-year-old owner of the team, who created Europe's top training center right next to "Fonteta", Valencia's headquarters with a total area of 15,000 square meters in just 16 months!
Now the next big project concerns the new basketball court instead of Fonteta. As reported in Spain, it will be ready in 2024 and the total cost amounts to 280 million euros. The name of the new stadium will be "Roig Arena" bearing the name of the owner of the basketball team, whose fortune amounts to 4.4 billion dollars!

Η Βαλένθια προχωράει στην κατατασκευή νέου γηπέδου μπάσκετ χωρητικότητας 15.500 θέσεων και όπως αναφέρουν στην Ισπανία, το κόστος ανέρχεται στα 280 εκατομμύρια ευρώ.
Ακόμα και αν η ιστορία έχει γράψει πια πως η Βαλένθια κατέκτησε το πρώτο πρωτάθλημα της ιστορίας της το 2017, εντούτοις οι εγκαταστάσεις της L'Alqueria del Basket αποτελούν το έργο ζωής του Χουάν Ροτζ. Του 73χρονου ιδιοκτήτη της ομάδας, ο οποίος δημιούργησε το κορυφαίο προπονητικό κέντρο της Ευρώπης ακριβώς δίπλα στο «Fonteta», την έδρα της Βαλένθια συνολικής έκτασης 15.000 τετραγωνικών μέτρων μέσα σε μόλις 16 μήνες!
Πλέον το επόμενο μεγάλο project αφορά το νέο γήπεδο μπάσκετ αντί του Fonteta. Όπως αναφέρουν στην Ισπανία, θα είναι έτοιμο το 2024 και το συνολικό κόστος ανέρχεται στα 280 εκατομμύρια ευρώ. Το όνομα του νέου γηπέδου θα είναι «Roig Arena» φέροντας το όνομα του ιδιοκτήτη της ομάδας μπάσκετ, η περιουσία του οποίου ανέρχεται στα 4.4 δισεκατομμύρια δολάρια!
