In detail, the decisions of the ESAP are as follows: "The General Assembly of the members of the ESAP was held today (12/7) at the Coral Hotel. Present were the representatives of all eight T.A.A.

1.During the General Assembly. There was a tele-internet intervention - greeting from the G.G.A. George Mavrotas who informed the House about the health regime that will apply in the future for athletes, coaches, managers, spectators and answered questions raised by members of the General Assembly.

-Also pledged to consider the possibility of mandatory use of the vaccine in professional athletes, coaches and associates of T.A.A.

- A very clear message was given for a strong recommendation in the vaccination of all participants in the ESAP events.

2. An information was provided by the legal advisor of Ε.Σ.Α.Π. for licensing through Ε.Ε.Α. and on issues that have arisen in relation to gambling tax revenue.

3. The financial and administrative report was approved unanimously.

4. The balance sheet and financial statements 2020-21 were approved unanimously.

5. The budget 2021-22 was approved unanimously.

6. There was a discussion about the television rights of the 2021-22 season through ERT. SA and for the new specifications that will be set to cover the live streaming matches.

7. It was decided to examine the following data regarding the upgrade of the image of the Volley League 2021-22 and specifically:

-Upgrading the website of Ε.Σ.Α.Π.

-Production of a weekly show through Ε.Σ.Α.Π. T.V. with news material from the current news.

-The upgrade of the technical infrastructure of the internet in the stadiums was discussed in order to place optical fibers in order to enhance the operational speeds of all those involved in the conduct of the games.

8. It was decided to technically upgrade the existing Video Check Referee (V.A.R.) and to investigate the purchase of a second device in order for the vast majority of games to have the support of this technology.

9. It was decided to supply taraflex by all teams during the final phases of the 2021-22 competitions. At this point the T.A.A. and Ε.Σ.Α.Π. thank the administration of E.O.PE. and the Chairman of the Board George Karabetsos for help in the supply of a taraflex.

10. It was decided to revive the institution of the Super Cup. For the 2021-22 season, the Super Cup match will take place between the champion of the Olympic S.F.P. and the holder of the League Cap Nikos Samaras AO Finikas ONEX. The Super Cup match will take place in Rhodes. The date will be set at an upcoming Board of Directors.

11. The championship system for the 2021-22 season was decided by a majority.

In the regular season everyone will play with everyone. There will be a total of 14 matches.

The first 6 teams of the standings will play a new two-round championship all to all. There will be a total of 10 matches. From the regular season they will transfer their score divided by two. (eg If there is a difference of 6 points between the first and the second group of the regular season in phase B they will enter with a difference of 3 points. If the difference concerns an odd number, ie 9 points then after the division a quotient will appear 4 , 5 which will become 5 as the champion is awarded). coke.

The 7th and 8th teams will play each other to stay in the 4 wins. The team that completes 4 wins will take 7th place and the 8th team will play a draw with the 3rd team of Pre League 2021-22.

It is reminded that after the end of the 2021-22 season, the first two teams of the Pre League will be promoted to the Volley League and the 2022-23 championship will be made with 10 teams.

12. The League Cup Nikos Samaras will not take place before the start of the championship but in the form of matches within the season and with the cup system. There will be a draw of 4 pairs that will give double matches with a gold set. The semi-finals will also take place with double matches. The decision on whether the finals will be double is still pending. In any case at the next meeting of the Board. the program of the new event will be finalized ".

Για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά η ΕΣΑΠ αποφασίζει με ψήφους 5-3 να μην διεξαχθούν playoffs στην Volley League. Θα γίνει τελικός Super Cup ανάμεσα στον Ολυμπιακό και τον Φοίνικα.

Αναλυτικά οι αποφάσεις της ΕΣΑΠ έχουν ως εξής: «Στο ξενοδοχείο Coral πραγματοποιήθηκε σήμερα (12/7) η Γενική Συνέλευση των μελών της Ε.Σ.Α.Π. Το παρόντες ήταν οι εκπρόσωποι και των οκτώ Τ.Α.Α.

1.Κατά τη διάρκεια της Γ.Σ. έγινε τηλεδικτυακή παρέμβαση - χαιρετισμός από τον Γ.Γ.Α. Γιώργο Μαυρωτά ο οποίος ενημέρωσε το Σώμα για το υγειονομικό καθεστώς που θα ισχύσει στο εξής για αθλητές, προπονητές, μάνατζερ, θεατές και απάντησε σε απορίες που έθεσαν τα μέλη της Γενικής Συνέλευσης.

-Επίσης δεσμεύτηκε να εξετάσει το ενδεχόμενο υποχρεωτικής χρήσης εμβολίου στους επαγγελματίες αθλητές, προπονητές και συνεργάτες των Τ.Α.Α.

-Δόθηκε σαφέστατο μήνυμα για ισχυρή σύσταση στον εμβολιασμό όλων των συμμετεχόντων στις διοργανώσεις της ΕΣΑΠ.

2.Έγινε ενημερωση από το νομικό σύμβουλο της Ε.Σ.Α.Π. για την αδειοδότηση μέσω Ε.Ε.Α. και για θέματα που έχουν προκύψει σε σχέση με τα έσοδα που προέρχονται από τη φορολογία των τυχερών παιγνίων.

3.Εγκρίθηκαν ομόφωνα ο οικονομικός και ο διοικητικός απολογισμός.

4.Εγκρίθηκαν ομόφωνα ο ισολογισμός και οι οικονομικές καταστάσεις 2020-21.

5.Εγκρίθηκε ομόφωνα ο προϋπολογισμός 2021-22.

6.Έγινε συζήτηση για τα τηλεοπτικά δικαιώματα της αγωνιστικής περιόδου 2021-22 μέσω της Ε.Ρ.Τ. Α.Ε. και για τις νέες προδιαγραφές που θα τεθούν για την κάλυψη των αγώνων live streaming.

7.Αποφασίστηκε να εξετασθούν τα παρακάτω δεδομένα που αφορούν την αναβάθμιση της εικόνα του πρωταθλήματος Volley League 2021-22 καισυγκεκριμενα :

-Aναβάθμιση της ιστοσελίδας της Ε.Σ.Α.Π.

-Παραγωγή εβδομαδιαίας εκπομπής μέσω της E.Σ.Α.Π. T.V. με ειδησεογραφικό υλικό από την τρέχουσα επικαιρότητα.

-Συζητήθηκε η αναβάθμιση των τεχνικών υποδομών του internet στα γήπεδα προκειμένου να τοποθετηθούν οπτικές ίνες προκειμένου να ενισχυθούν οι λειτουργικές ταχύτητες όλων των εμπλεκομένων στη διεξαγωγή των αγώνων.

8.Αποφασίστηκε η τεχνική αναβάθμιση του ήδη υπάρχοντος Video Check Referee (V.A.R.) και η διερεύνηση για την αγορά δεύτερης συσκευής με σκοπό η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των αγώνων να έχουν την υποστήριξη της συγκεκριμένης τεχνολογίας.

9.Αποφασίστηκε η προσπάθεια προμήθειας taraflex από όλες τις ομάδες κατά τις τελικές φάσεις των διοργανώσεων 2021-22. Στο σημείο αυτό τα Τ.Α.Α. και η Ε.Σ.Α.Π. ευχαριστεί την διοίκηση της Ε.Ο.ΠΕ. και τον πρόεδρο του Δ.Σ. Γιώργο Καραμπέτσο για την βοήθεια στην προμήθεια ενός taraflex.

10.Αποφασίστηκε η αναβίωση του θεσμού του Super Cup. Για τη σεζόν 2021-22 ο αγώνας Super Cup θα γίνει μεταξύ του πρωταθλητή Ολυμπιακού Σ.Φ.Π. και του κατόχου του Λίγκ Καπ Νίκος Σαμαράς Α.Ο.Φοίνικα ΟΝΕΧ. Ο αγώνας του Super Cup θα γίνει στη Ρόδο. Η ημερομηνία θα οριστεί σε προσεχές Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο.

11.Αποφασίστηκε κατά πλειοψηφία το σύστημα διεξαγωγής πρωταθλήματος για την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2021-22.

Στην κανονική περίοδο όλοι θα παίξουν όλοι με όλους. Θα γίνουν συνολικά 14 αγωνιστικές.

Οι 6 πρώτες ομάδες της βαθμολογίας θα παίξουν νέο πρωτάθλημα δύο γύρων όλοι προς όλους. Θα γίνουν συνολικά 10 αγωνιστικές. Από την κανονική περίοδο θα μεταφέρουν τη βαθμολογία τους διαιρεμένη διά δύο. (π.χ. Εάν μεταξύ της πρώτης και της δεύτερης ομάδας της κανονικής περιόδου υπάρχει διαφορά 6 βαθμών στη Β φάση θα μπουν με 3 βαθμούς διαφορά. Εάν η διαφορά αφορά σε μονό αριθμό, δηλαδή, 9 βαθμούς τότε μετά τη διαίρεση θα προκύψει πηλίκό 4,5 που θα γίνει 5 καθώς πριμοδοτείται ο πρωτοπόρος). κ.ο.κ.

Η 7η και η 8η ομάδα θα παίξουν μεταξύ τους για την παραμονή στις 4 νίκες. Η ομάδα που θα συμπληρώσει 4 νίκες θα πάρει την 7η θέση και η 8η ομάδα θα παίξει μπαράζ με την 3η ομάδα της Pre League 2021-22.

Υπενθυμίζεται πως μετά την ολοκλήρωση της σεζόν 2021-22 οι δύο πρώτες ομάδες της Pre League θα ανέβουν στην Volley League και το πρωτάθλημα 2022-23 θα γίνει με 10 ομάδες.

12.Το Λιγκ Καπ Νίκος Σαμαράς δεν θα γίνει πριν από την έναρξη του πρωταθλήματος αλλά υπό τη μορφή αγωνιστικών εντός της αγωνιστικής περιόδου και με το σύστημα του κυπέλλου. Θα γίνει κλήρωση 4 ζευγαριών που θα δώσουν διπλούς αγώνες με χρυσό σετ. Με διπλούς αγώνες θα γίνουν και οι ημιτελικοί. Σε εκκρεμότητα έμεινε η απόφαση εάν και οι τελικοί θα είναι διπλοί. Σε κάθε περίπτωση στην επόμενη συνεδρίαση του Δ.Σ. θα γίνει η οριστικοποίηση του προγράμματος της νέας διοργάνωσης».
