Bogdanovic: "If the doctors allow me, I will play in the Olympics"
Bogdan Bogdanovic expressed his desire to strengthen Serbia in the Olympic Games, however, the "floats" will have to qualify first, but again the doctors will have the last word.
Shortly after the Milwaukee Bucks eliminated the Atlanta Hawks, Bogdan Bogdanovic announced his intention to play in the Olympics.
However, something will be decided by the doctors, who will examine his injured knee, while we must not forget that Serbia has not qualified yet. For this to happen it will have to beat Italy tonight (4/7, 21:30).
"I have an appointment with the doctors tomorrow. We want to see what happens to the knee, but I will be there for Serbia if they let me play. "The Olympic Games are the best for an athlete," said the 29-year-old guard.

O Μπόγκνταν Μπογκντάνοβιτς εξέφρασε την επιθυμία του να ενισχύσει την Σερβία στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες, ωστόσο πρώτα οι «πλάβι» θα πρέπει να προκριθούν, αλλά και πάλι τον τελευταίο λόγο θα τον έχουν οι γιατροί.
Λίγο μετά τον αποκλεισμό των Ατλάντα Χοκς από τους Μιλγουόκι Μπακς, ο Μπόγκνταν Μπογκντάνοβιτς ενημέρωσε για την πρόθεσή του να παίξει στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες.
Κάτι που όμως θα αποφασίσουν οι γιατροί, οι οποίοι θα εξετάσουν το ταλαιπωρημένο του γόνατο, ενώ δεν πρέπει να ξεχνάμε ότι η Σερβία δεν έχει προκριθεί ακόμα. Για να συμβεί αυτό θα πρέπει να κερδίσει την Ιταλία απόψε (4/7, 21:30).
«Έχω μία συνάντηση με τους γιατρούς αύριο. Θέλουμε να δούμε τι θα γίνει με το γόνατο, αλλά θα είμαι εκεί για τη Σερβία, αν με αφήσουν να παίξω. Οι Ολυμπιακοί Αγώνες είναι ό,τι καλύτερο για έναν αθλητή» ανέφερε ο 29χρονος γκαρντ.
