West Ham: "Arnautov is not sold"

The Londoners issued a statement stating that the international Austrian was not granted, despite the high-level proposal from a Chinese team.

Ο Μάρκο Αρναούτοβιτς δέχεται το…στενό πρέσινγκ κινεζικού συλλόγου –ο αγγλικός Τύπος αναφέρει το όνομα της Σανγκάης SIPG- και με δηλώσεις του ο αδερφός κι εκπρόσωπός του, Ντάνιελ, ζήτησε από τη διοίκηση της Γουέστ Χαμ να απαντήσει θετικά στην πρόταση 39 εκατομμύριων και να παραχωρήσει τον 29χρονο επιθετικό, του οποίου το συμβόλαιο λήγει το καλοκαίρι του 2022. Ωστόσο με ανακοίνωσή τους οι Λονδρέζοι ξεκαθάρισαν πως ο ποδοσφαιριστής δεν παραχωρείται.

Το καλοκαίρι του 2017 τα «Σφυριά» είχαν ξοδέψει 25 εκατομμύρια ευρώ για να τον κάνουν δικό τους από τη Στόουκ κι η μεταγραφή του αποτελεί ρεκόρ συλλόγου. Παρά την ανακοίνωση, ο προπονητής της Γουέστ Χαμ, Μανουέλ Πελεγρίνι παραδέχθηκε στη συνέντευξη Τύπου της Πέμπτης πως θα είναι πολύ δύσκολο ο 29χρονος επιθετικός να παραμείνει κάτοικος Λονδίνου. 

Μέχρι στιγμής ο Αρναούτοβιτς έχει πετύχει 7 γκολ στο τρέχον πρωτάθλημα, ενώ αγγλικά δημοσιεύματα αναφέρουν πως η προσφορά του κινεζικού συλλόγου είναι της τάξεως ενός εκατομμυρίου ευρώ ως μηνιαίες απολαβές.
