Panathinaikos: Pein returned

Player of Panathinaikos is officially Eintrian Paine, with the green OEM announcing the return of the American to the team.


Edinburgh Paine is now officially in Panathinaikos' potential. The Green OEM announced its acquisition by way of a notice, thus confirming the information that it wanted to have signed its contract on Sunday's dawns (13/1).

In detail, the announcement:

"The OE Panathinaikos OPAP announces the return of Adrian Paen to the team by the end of the current season.

Adrian Pain was born on 19/2/1991 in Ohio, United States, has a height of 2.08 meters. and fights at positions "4" and "5". He is a graduate of the Michigan State, and has worn the jersey of three teams of the world's top NBA championship (Atlanta Hawks, Minnesota Timberwolves, Orlando Magic).

Adrian Pain attended Jefferson High School with an average of 15.6 points, 11.3 rebounds and 4 cuts. In his college years he was in the Michigan State, where his last season had 16.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 0.9 blocks per game per game. In 2014, he was selected at # 14 by the Atlanta Hawks, with whom he initially played at the SummerLeague with 12.5 points and 7 rebounds per match. With the "Hawks" he played in three matches, and on February 10 he went on as "exchange" to Minnesota Timberwolves. By the end of that season he had to compete in 29 games, scoring 7.2 points and picking up 5.4 rebounds on average.

There he stayed until the summer of 2017 with a small "break" at the AtlantaHawks affiliate, Erie BayHawks at NBDL. The next "stop" of his career was Orlando Magic and their "affiliate" Lakeland Magic.
In February 2018, Paine signed to Panathinaikos in which he remained at the end of the season, with 4.8 points and 2.8 rebounds on average in 12 Euroleague matches. His best game was this against Valencia where he scored 12 points and gathered 8 rebounds after 17 minutes.

The US center kicked off the season 2018-19 in China and in NanjingTongxi Monkey King, with 16.9 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per match. "

Παίκτης του Παναθηναϊκού είναι και επίσημα πλέον ο Έιντριαν Πέιν, με την πράσινη ΚΑΕ να ανακοινώνει την επιστροφή του Αμερικανού στην ομάδα.

Ο Έιντριαν Πέιν ανήκει και επίσημα πλέον στο δυναμικό του Παναθηναϊκού. Η πράσινη ΚΑΕ ανακοίνωσε την απόκτησή του μέσω ανακοίνωσης, επιβεβαιώνοντας έτσι τις πληροφορίες που τον ήθελαν να έχει στείλει υπογεγραμμένο το συμβόλαιό του τα χαράματα της Κυριακής (13/1).

"Η ΚΑΕ Παναθηναϊκός ΟΠΑΠ ανακοινώνει την επιστροφή του Άντριαν Πέιν στην ομάδα μέχρι το τέλος της τρέχουσας αγωνιστικής περιόδου.

Ο Άντριαν Πέιν γεννήθηκε στις 19/2/1991 στο Οχάιο των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών, έχει ύψος 2,08μ. και αγωνίζεται στις θέσεις «4» και «5». Είναι απόφοιτος του Michigan State, ενώ έχει φορέσει τη φανέλα τριών ομάδων του κορυφαίου πρωταθλήματος του πλανήτη, του NBA (Atlanta Hawks, MinnesotaTimberwolves, Orlando Magic). 

Ο Άντριαν Πέιν φοίτησε στο Jefferson High School έχοντας κατά μέσο όρο 15,6 πόντους, 11,3 ριμπάουντ και 4 κοψίματα. Στα κολεγιακά του χρόνια βρέθηκε στο Michigan State, όπου στην τελευταία του σεζόν είχε 16,4 πόντους, 7,3 ριμπάουντ και 0,9 μπλοκ κατά μέσο όρο ανά παιχνίδι. Το 2014 επελέγη στο νούμερο 14 του ντραφτ από τους Atlanta Hawks, με τους οποίους αγωνίστηκε αρχικά στο SummerLeague έχοντας 12,5 πόντους και 7 ριμπάουντ ανά αγώνα. Με τα «γεράκια» έπαιξε σε τρία ματς, ενώ στις 10 Φεβρουαρίου πήγε ως «ανταλλαγή» στους Minnesota Timberwolves. Μέχρι το τέλος εκείνης της σεζόν πρόλαβε να αγωνιστεί σε 29 ματς, σκοράροντας 7,2 πόντους και μαζεύοντας 5,4 ριμπάουντ κατά μέσο όρο. 

Εκεί έμεινε ως το καλοκαίρι του 2017 με ένα μικρό «διάλειμμα» στη θυγατρική των AtlantaHawks, τους Erie BayHawks στο NBDL. Επόμενος «σταθμός» της καριέρας του ήταν οι OrlandoMagic και η «θυγατρική» τους, Lakeland Magic.
Τον Φεβρουάριο του 2018 ο Πέιν υπέγραψε στον Παναθηναϊκό στον οποίο έμεινε ως το τέλος της σεζόν, έχοντας 4.8 πόντους και 2.8 ριμπάουντ κατά μέσο όρο αγωνιζόμενος σε 12 ματς της Euroleague. Το καλύτερό του ματς ήταν αυτό απέναντι στη Valencia όπου σκόραρε 12 πόντους και μάζεψε 8 ριμπάουντ έπειτα από 17 λεπτά.

Ο Αμερικανός σέντερ ξεκίνησε τη σεζόν 2018-19 στην Κίνα και συγκεκριμένα στην ομάδα NanjingTongxi Monkey King, έχοντας 16.9 πόντους, 8.6 ριμπάουντ και 1.6 ασίστ ανά αγώνα".
