Το Βελιγράδι είναι... ιερό! Ο Ερυθρός Αστέρας εκμεταλλεύτηκε ξανά την έδρα του και πήρε σπουδαία νίκη επί της Μακάμπι Τελ Αβίβ (87-84), γυρίζοντας από το -10 του ημιχρόνου. Βραδιά καριέρας από τον Τζέιμς Φελντέιν!
Η Kombank Arena είναι το ορμητήριο του Ερυθρού Αστέρα για έναν ακόμη χρόνο. Τι κι αν το ρόστερ είναι πολύ πιο φτωχό σε σχέση με πέρσι; Τι κι αν στον πάγκο κάθεται ένας 31χρονος προπονητής; Οι "ερυθρόλευκοι" στο γήπεδό τους μετατρέπονται σε... θεριά!
Το κατάλαβε καλά κι η Μακάμπι Τελ Αβίβ, η οποία "λύγισε" στο β' μέρος του αγώνα. Η ομάδα του Νέβεν Σπάχια έκανε εξαιρετική εμφάνιση για ένα ημίχρονο, είχε τον ΝτεΣον Τόμας σε τρομερή κατάσταση και κάπως έτσι βρέθηκε στο +10 (39-49). Οι γηπεδούχοι πάλευαν, έριχναν κατά καιρούς τη διαφορά στο σουτ, αλλά τους έλειπε η συνέπεια.
Αυτή (τη συνέπεια) την βρήκαν μόλις γύρισαν στο παρκέ, μετά την ανάπαυλα. Ο Μίλκο Μπιέλιτσα και ο Τζέιμς Φελντέιν συνέχισαν να κάνουν μεγάλο μέρος της δουλειάς στο μπροστινό μέρος του παρκέ, αλλά για να συντελεστεί η ανατροπή χρειάστηκε η δράση του Τέιλορ Ρότσεστι. Ο νεοαποκτηθείς πλεϊμέικερ ήταν απολαυστικός στην τελική ευθεία του αγώνα, πέτυχε τρία μεγάλα καλάθια σε διάστημα τριών λεπτών και αποτέλεσε τον "Χ-Factor" για τον δεύτερο φετινό "άσο" της σερβικής ομάδας (87-84), η οποία συνεχίζει να θυμίζει σε όλους πως στο Βελιγράδι είναι... αλλιώς!

Ο Τζέιμς Φελντέιν κάνει τους φίλους του Παναθηναϊκού Superfoods να τον νοσταλγούν, βλέποντάς τον να έχει 19 πόντους (ισοφάριση καλύτερης επίδοσης), 8 ασίστ (ρεκόρ καριέρας) και 4 κλεψίματα (ρεκόρ καριέρας) στα 37'40'' που αγωνίστηκε. Αυτός πάντως που έκανε το κάτι παραπάνω στο φινάλε ήταν ο Τέιλορ Ρότσεστι που πέτυχε τρία μεγάλα καλάθια στα τελευταία δυόμιση λεπτά του αγώνα, για να μετρήσει 22 πόντους (με 8/12 δίποντα, 2/6 τρίποντα), 3 ριμπάουντ, 5 ασίστ και 1 λάθος σε 31'50'' παρουσίας στο παρκέ.
ΤΟ ΣΤΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΠΟΥ ΞΕΧΩΡΙΣΕ
