The 25-year-old American last year played in 3 games with the San Antonio Spurs under the guidance of Gregg Popovich, while he has also played with the Texas affiliate in the G League.
With the Austin Spurs in 12 games, Gray averaged 9.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists. At the same time, he shot 55% from the 2-point range, 20% from the 3-point range and 76% from the free throw line.

BIOGRAPHY
RayQuan Gray was born on July 7, 1999 in Florida, USA.
In college, he played three seasons (2018-2021) with Florida State, where he averaged 6.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1 steal and 0.5 blocks per 18.5 minutes in 90 games.
The American center was selected No.58 in the 2021 NBA Draft by the Brooklyn Nets and from there ended up in their "affiliate" team in the G-League, the Long Island Nets, with whom he played for two consecutive years (2021-2023). in 70 matches with m.o. 11.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.6 blocks in 27.6 minutes of participation.
The Brooklyn Nets "invited" him to play in their jersey in the last game of the NBA Regular Season in the 2022-2023 season and the American scored 16 points, collected 9 rebounds and distributed 7 assists.
In September 2023, Gray signed with the San Antonio Spurs, who waived him to their G-League team, where he was again impressive. In 41 games with the Austin Spurs, he had a pp. 15.4 points, 6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.9 steals in 28 minutes of participation.

Οι επίσημες υποχρεώσεις της ΑΕΚ απέχουν μόλις λίγες μέρες, με τους «κιτρινόμαυρους» να ανακοινώνουν την απόκτηση του ΡαϊΚουάν Γκρέι, προκειμένου να προσθέσουν αθλητικότητα στη γραμμή των ψηλών τους. Ο 25χρονος Αμερικανός τη περσινή χρονιά αγωνίστηκε σε 3 αγώνες με τους Σαν Αντόνιο Σπερς υπό τις οδηγίες του Γκρεγκ Πόποβιτς, ενώ έχει αγωνιστεί και με την θυγατρική ομάδα του Τέξας στη G League.
Με τους Austin Spurs σε 12 παιχνίδια ο Γκρέι είχε κατά μέσο όρο 9,7 πόντους, 4,1 ριμπαόυντ και 1,6 ασίστ. Παράλληλα σούταρε με 55% από το δίποντο, με 20% από το τρίποντο και 76% από τη γραμμή των βολών.
