Σε συμφωνία με τον Έντσο Μαρέσκα έφτασε η Τσέλσι, ώστε ο Ιταλός τεχνικός να αναλάβει τα ηνία της ομάδας.
Σε νέα εποχή περνάει η Τσέλσι, με τους «μπλε» να έρχονται σε συμφωνία με τον Έντσο Μαρέσκα να αναλάβει την ομάδα μετά το διαζύγιο με τον Μαουρίτσιο Ποτσετίνο.
Σύμφωνα με τον δημοσιογράφο Φαμπρίτσιο Ρομάνο, οι Λονδρέχει συμφώνησαν με τον Ιταλό για συμβόλαιο έως το 2029 με οψιόν ανανέωσης για έναν ακόμη χρόνο.
Τη φετινή σεζόν ο Μαρέσκα, ο οποίος τη σεζόν 2009-10 αγωνίστηκε στον Ολυμπιακό, ανέβασε ξανά στην Premier League τη Λέστερ, κατακτώντας το πρωτάθλημα της Championship.
Παράλληλα, ο 44χρονος θα γίνει πλέον ο δεύτερος προπονητής μετά τον Μικέλ Αρτέτα τα τελευταία χρόνια που θα βρίσκεται στο τιμόνι μιας εκ των μεγαλύτερων ομάδων στο Νησί, ενώ προηγουμένως ήταν βοηθός του Πεπ Γκουαρδιόλα στη Μάντσεστερ Σίτι.
