China will not be on the 2023 Formula 1 calendar.
China will be off the Formula 1 calendar for 2023. The organizing authority has confirmed that the Chinese Grand Prix has been removed from the program, due to the increase in cases of coronavirus in the country and the strict measures that the country's government is observing.
The race at the Shanghai circuit was a fixture on the calendar from 2004 to 2019, but the outbreak of the coronavirus put a stop to it. Although it was due to return to the schedule in 2023, that will not happen and the search is on for the track to replace China, with Portimao in Portugal a candidate.

Η Κίνα δεν θα βρίσκεται στο καλεντάρι του 2023 στη Formula 1.
Εκτός καλενταριού της Formula 1 για το 2023 θα είναι η Κίνα. Η διοργανώτρια αρχή επιβεβαίωσε πως το κινεζικό Grand Prix αφαιρέθηκε από το πρόγραμμα, λόγω της αύξησης κρουσμάτων κορωνοϊού στη χώρα και των αυστηρών μέτρων που τηρεί η κυβέρνηση της χώρας.
Ο αγώνας στην πίστα της Σανγκάης ήταν σταθερά στο καλεντάρι από το 2004 μέχρι το 2019, αλλά η έξαρση του κορωνοϊού έβαλε... στοπ στην διεξαγωγή του. Παρότι επρόκειτο να επιστρέψει στο πρόγραμμα το 2023, κάτι τέτοιο δεν θα συμβεί και αναζητείται η πίστα που θα μπει στη θέση της Κίνας, με το Πορτιμάο της Πορτογαλίας υποψήφιο.
