Τη στιγμή που ο Ντόναλντ Τραμπ παραδέχτηκε δημόσια ότι παρενέβη για να ζητήσει να μην τιμωρηθεί ο Μπάλογκαν, έρχονται οι "Times" να αποκαλύψουν πως όταν συζητήθηκε το θέμα στην πειθαρχική επιτροπή της FIFA, η απόφαση πάρθηκε αποκλειστικά από τον πρόεδρό της, Μοχάμεντ Αλ Καμάλι, με τα υπόλοιπα 17 μέλη να μην έχουν καμία συμμετοχή!
