AEK started the friendly in the Netherlands with... the right, as they prevailed 2-1 over local De Graafschap. Unofficial debut for Kairinen-Zubkov, goal by the Ukrainian winger. Next test against Vitesse on Wednesday (15/7, 20:00).

Marko Nikolic was deprived of Luka Jovic and Zini due to discomfort, he immediately used Kairinen - Zubkov as starters and his team showed elements from its championship year. Ball circulation, immediate transition to counterattacks and utilization of every static phase. Although it plays in the second division of the Netherlands, De Graafschap tried to threaten, while there were no shortage of moments of tension due to some marking. In fact, the referee handed out six cards by the end of the 45th minute!

Initially, the Dutch made it difficult for AEK to build up and in the 5th minute a good shot was blocked by Brignoli. In the 15th minute, Enosis "touched" the goal with Georgiev's header going over the bar after a free kick by Mandalos. In the 20th minute, Varga launched an attack from the right, "broke" Gacinovic, but made a poor finish from an advantageous position! Furthermore, Brignoli made a mistake that was not costly, with Mukundi getting ahead in the 22nd minute, while in the 43rd minute the Italian blocked De Jock's shot.

As time passed, the "yellow and black" team built good attacks, but the De Graafschap defenders took the... bite from Koitas and Varga on dangerous shots by Rota from the right. The goal was approaching and was scored in the 39th minute thanks to Varga's "caress" on the ball with his head after a clever foul by Mantalos for 1-0. The half ended at 2-0 with another goal, this time from Zubkov on his debut (45'+1), scoring from close range in an exemplary counterattack by the Ukrainian with Koitas.

Returning from the locker room, Marko Nikolic changed everyone and gave opportunities to the young Balamoti, Christakopoulos and Psyropoulos. In the 51st minute, forward Sahabeau threatened, but was difficultly stopped by Jonkers, while in the 54th minute Kaloskamis saw his shot hit the post after Eliasson turned, who also tried his foot (out). In the 63rd minute, Pelios almost scored with a cross-shot, and in the 69th minute, Christakopoulos "armed" from a distance without finding a target before the break. In the final stretch, De Graafschap took measures and pressed. Babay's shot went wide in the 74th minute, and after Kutesa missed the target in a fantastic partnership between Eliasson, Marin and Kaloskamis, Bamo reduced the score to 2-1 with a header in the next minute, with Balamoti missing the exit to the corner. Eliasson immediately looked for the goal, but Jonkers made a difficult save. Unfortunately, another clash between the players was recorded in the 84th minute, the third in the match! AEK's first friendly ended with Relvas' chance, who missed from an advantageous position in injury time.

*** Ντε Γκράαφσαπ - ΑΕΚ 1-2

Με το... δεξί ξεκίνησε τα φιλικά στην Ολλανδία η ΑΕΚ, καθώς επικράτησε με 2-1 της τοπικής Ντε Γκράαφσαπ. Ανεπίσημο ντεμπούτο για Κάιρινεν-Ζούμπκοφ, γκολ ο Ουκρανός winger. Επόμενο τεστ με τη Φίτεσε την Τετάρτη (15/7, 20:00).

Ο Μάρκο Νίκολιτς στερήθηκε τους Λούκα Γιόβιτς και Ζίνι λόγω ενοχλήσεων, έχρησε αμέσως βασικούς τους Κάιρινεν - Ζούμπκοφ και η ομάδα του έδειξε στοιχεία από την πρωταθληματική χρονιά της. Κυκλοφορία της μπάλας, άμεση μετάβαση στις αντεπιθέσεις και αξιοποίηση κάθε στατικής φάσης. Αν και αγωνίζεται στη β' κατηγορία Ολλανδίας, η Ντε Γκράαφσαπ προσπάθησε να απειλήσει, ενώ δεν έλειψαν στιγμές έντασης εξαιτίας κάποιων μαρκαρισμάτων. Μάλιστα, ο διαιτητής μοίρασε έξι κάρτες ως τη λήξη του 45λέπτου!

Αρχικά, οι Ολλανδοί δυσκόλευαν το «build up» της ΑΕΚ και στο 5' ένα καλό σουτ απέκρουσε ο Μπρινιόλι. Στο 15' η Ένωση «άγγιξε» το γκολ με την κεφαλιά του Γκεοργκίεφ να περνά πάνω από το δοκάρι σε εκτέλεση φάουλ του Μάνταλου. Στο 20' ο Βάργκα ξεδίπλωσε την επίθεση από τα δεξιά, «έσπασε» στον Γκατσίνοβιτς, όμως έκανε κάκιστο τελείωμα από πλεονεκτική θέση! Επιπλέον, ο Μπρινιόλι υπέπεσε σε λάθος που δεν κόστισε, με τον Μουκουντί να προλαβαίνει στο 22', ενώ στο 43' ο Ιταλός απέκρουσε το σουτ του Ντε Γιοκ.

Όσο περνούσε η ώρα, οι «κιτρινόμαυροι» έχτιζαν καλές επιθέσεις, όμως οι αμυντικοί της Ντε Γκράαφσαπ πήραν την... μπουκιά από τους Κοϊτά και Βάργκα σε επικίνδυνα γυρίσματα του Ρότα από τα δεξιά. Το γκολ πλησίαζε και μπήκε στο 39' χάρη στο «χάδι» στην μπάλα του Βάργκα με το κεφάλι έπειτα από το έξυπνο φάουλ του Μάνταλου για το 1-0. Το ημίχρονο έκλεισε στο 2-0 με ακόμα ένα τέρμα, αυτή τη φορά από τον Ζούμπκοφ στο ντεμπούτο του (45'+1), πλασάροντας από κοντά σε υποδειγματική αντεπίθεση του Ουκρανού με τον Κοϊτά.

Επιστρέφοντας από τα αποδυτήρια, ο Μάρκο Νίκολιτς άλλαξε άπαντες και έδωσε ευκαιρίες στους νεαρούς Μπαλαμώτη, Χριστακόπουλο και Ψυρρόπουλο. Στο 51' ο... φορ Σαχαμπό απείλησε, όμως τον σταμάτησε δύσκολα ο Γιόνκερς, ενώ στο 54' ο Καλοσκάμης είδε το πλασέ του να σταματάει στο δοκάρι μετά το γύρισμα του Ελίασον, ο οποίος δοκίμασε, επίσης, το πόδι του (άουτ). Στο 63' ο Πήλιος λίγο έλειψε να σκοράρει με σέντρα-σουτ και στο 69' ο Χριστακόπουλος «όπλισε» από μακριά δίχως να βρει στόχο πριν το break.

Στο τελευταίο κομμάτι, η Ντε Γκράαφσαπ πήρε μέτρα και πίεσε. Το σουτ του Μπαμπάι πέρασε εκτός στο 74' και αφού ο Κουτέσα αστόχησε «φάτσα» με την εστία σε φανταστική συνεργασία Ελίασον, Μαρίν και Καλοσκάμη, ο Μπαμό μείωσε σε 2-1 με κεφαλιά στο επόμενο λεπτό, με τον Μπαλαμώτη να χάνει την έξοδο στο κόρνερ. Αμέσως ο Ελίασον έψαξε το γκολ, όμως ο Γιόνκερς απέκρουσε δύσκολα. Δυστυχώς, καταγράφηκε ακόμα μία σύρραξη μεταξύ των παικτών στο 84', η τρίτη στο ματς! Το πρώτο φιλικό της ΑΕΚ ολοκληρώθηκε με την ευκαιρία του Ρέλβας που αστόχησε από πλεονεκτική θέση στις καθυστερήσεις.
