Atromitos: One-month penalty for Spanos

Giorgos Spanos was punished with a one-month ban from entering the playing field and locker room for... French in the game with Larissa.

The strong man of Atromitos FC was punished by the league's sports judge for what happened after the end of the match with AEL, where he allegedly had a verbal incident with the 4th referee of the match.

For the same incident, he was also summoned to a hearing by the Hellenic Football Association.

The decision of the Super League disciplinary body in detail:

It is accepted that the defendants committed the disciplinary violations attributed to them. It imposes on ATROMITOS FC a fine of one thousand (1,000.00) euros for the 1st act (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, paragraph a’, 15 par. 1 paragraph c’ of the EPO Code of Conduct).

It imposes on G. SPANOS for the 2nd act, for which he was deemed subject to disciplinary control, the penalty of banning him from entering the playing field and the locker room for one (1) month (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 10 par. 1 paragraph d’, 12, 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4 paragraph a’, of the EPO Code of Conduct).

Με ποινή απαγόρευσης εισόδου στον αγωνιστικό χώρο και στα αποδυτήρια για έναν μήνα τιμωρήθηκε ο Γιώργος Σπανός, για τα... γαλλικά στο παιχνίδι με τη Λάρισα.

Ο ισχυρός άνδρας της ΠΑΕ Ατρόμητος τιμωρήθηκε από τον αθλητικό δικαστή της λίγκας για όσα συνέβησαν μετά το τέλος του αγώνα με την ΑΕΛ, όπου φέρεται να είχε φραστικό επεισόδιο με τον 4ο διαιτητή της αναμέτρησης. 

Για το ίδιο περιστατικό, κλήθηκε σε ακρόαση και από την ΔΕΑΒ. 

Αναλυτικά η απόφαση του πειθαρχικού οργάνου της Super League: 

Δέχεται ότι οι εγκαλούμενοι τέλεσαν τις αποδιδόμενες σε αυτούς πειθαρχικές παραβάσεις. Επιβάλλει στην ΠΑΕ ΑΤΡΟΜΗΤΟΣ τη χρηματική ποινή των χιλίων (1.000,00) ευρώ για την 1η πράξη (παράβαση άρθρων 1, 5 επ, 14 παρ. 1, 2, 3 και 4, περ. α΄, 15 παρ. 1 περ. γ’ του Π.Κ. της ΕΠΟ).

Επιβάλλει στον Γ. ΣΠΑΝΟ για τη 2η πράξη, για την οποία κρίθηκε πειθαρχικώς ελεγκτέος, την ποινή της απαγόρευσης της εισόδου του στον αγωνιστικό χώρο και στα αποδυτήρια για ένα (1) μήνα (παράβαση άρθρων 1, 5 επ, 10 παρ. 1 περ. δ’, 12, 14 παρ. 1, 2, 3 και 4 περ. α’, του Π.Κ. της ΕΠΟ).
