Pafos wins winter championship with dominant performance and four points

With an impressive performance and without encountering any resistance, Pafos easily defeated Akritas 4-0 and won the unofficial title of winter champion in Cyprus.

Pafos added another convincing performance to its course this year, comfortably defeating Akritas 4-0 for the 13th matchday and remained at the top of the standings with 31 points, winning the unofficial title of winter champion in Cyprus and going furiously into the match with Juventus for the 6th matchday of the Champions League.

From the first minutes, Carcedo's team showed its intentions, constantly pressing the defense of the guests and opening the score in the 34th minute with Correa. Before Akritas could react, Pafos doubled their lead in the 42nd minute with Bruno.

Pafos continued to fully control the game and in the 74th minute Anderson sealed the victory, while the final 4-0 was made in the 78th minute with an own goal by Antonios. In the other match, Freedom24 Krasava ΕΝΥ defeated the Paralimni Youth Association 1-0 with a goal by Koumouris in the 61st minute.

Με εντυπωσιακή εμφάνιση και δίχως να συναντήσει καμία αντίσταση, η Πάφος επιβλήθηκε εύκολα 4-0 του Ακρίτα και κατέκτησε τον άτυπο τίτλο του πρωταθλητή χειμώνα στην Κύπρο.

Η Πάφος πρόσθεσε ακόμη μια πειστική εμφάνιση στη φετινή της πορεία, επικρατώντας άνετα 4-0 του Ακρίτα για την 13η αγωνιστική και παρέμεινε στην κορυφή της βαθμολογίας με 31 βαθμούς, κατακτώντας τον άτυπο τίτλο του πρωταθλητή χειμώνα στην Κύπρο και πηγαίνοντας φουριόζα στο ματς με τη Γιουβέντους για την 6η αγωνιστική του Champions League.

Από τα πρώτα λεπτά η ομάδα του Καρσέδο έδειξε τις προθέσεις της, πιέζοντας συνεχώς την άμυνα των φιλοξενούμενων και ανοίγοντας το σκορ στο 34' με τον Κορέια. Πριν προλάβει να αντιδράσει ο Ακρίτας, η Πάφος διπλασίασε τα τέρματά της στο 42' με τον Μπρούνο.

Η Πάφος συνέχισε να ελέγχει πλήρως το παιχνίδι και στο 74' ο Άντερσον σφράγισε τη νίκη, ενώ το τελικό 4-0 διαμορφώθηκε στο 78' με αυτογκόλ του Αντωνίου. Στο άλλο ματς, η Freedom24 Krasava ΕΝΥ νίκησε 1-0 την Ένωση Νέων Παραλιμνίου με γκολ του Κουμουρή στο 61'.
