These are the punishments of the Hellenic Football Association (DEAB) for AEL Novibet, Olympiacos and Panionios

The Hellenic Football Association (DEAB) announced in its announcement that it imposed a fine on AEL Novibet and Olympiacos FC for incidents that occurred during the match between the two teams (18/10) for the Stoiximan Super League championship.

The Standing Committee for Combating Violence (DEAB) imposed fines of 15,000 euros on AEL Novibet FC and 10 thousand euros on Olympiacos FC for incidents during the match between them in the context of the 7th round of the Stoiximan Super League, which was held at the AEL FC Arena stadium (18/10).

Specifically, the fine imposed on the club from Larissa is due to the fact that there was a fight between fans of the home team, while the Reds were punished for destruction of other people's property, which was committed in the stadium by their fans.

In addition, Panionios was punished with a match behind closed doors for throwing firecrackers and plastic bottles in the game with Kalamata (26/10).

The announcement of the Hellenic Police Commission in detail:

“The Commission

1. After taking into account

a) the Incident Report of the Larissa Police Directorate,

b) a relevant Document of the Larissa Crime Prosecution and Investigation Department,

c) relevant video footage,

which shows that, during the football match between AEL FC and Olympiacos FC, on 18/10/2025 at the AEL FC ARENA stadium, for the 7th matchday of the Super League 1 2025/2026 championship, a phenomenon of violence took place - a fight between fans of the home team,

it imposed an administrative fine of €15,000 on AEL FC with its Decision No. 31/2025.

Application of Article 1 of Law 4326/2015, as amended and in force with article 104 of law 5224/2025.

2. Having taken into account

the Incident Report of the Larissa Police Directorate, from which it emerges that, during the football match between AEL FC and Olympiacos FC, on 18/10/2025 at the AEL FC ARENA stadium, for the 7th matchday of the Super League 1 2025/2026 championship, a phenomenon of violence took place, namely the breaking-destruction of nine (9) plexiglass-type separation-protective partitions, by fans of the visiting team,

it imposed an administrative fine of €10,000 on OLYMPIACOS FC with its Decision No. 32/2025.

Application of article 1 of law 4326/2015, as amended and in force by article 104 of Law 5224/2025.

3. Having taken into account

a) the Incident Report of the General Police Directorate of Athens,

b) the relevant Reports of the Observers of the organizing authority (Super League 2) and the DEAB,

c) the Match Sheet,

from which it appears that, during the match between the teams PAE PANIONIOS - PAE KALAMATA, on 26/10/2025 at the N. Smyrnis Stadium, for the 7th matchday of the Super League 2 championship, fans of the home team detonated and threw two (2) firecrackers and three (3) plastic bottles filled with water into the stands towards the Assistant Referee and the bench of the visiting team,

it imposed, with its Act No. 43/2025, on the PAE PANIONIOS, the administrative sanction of holding one (1) sports meeting as home team, without the presence of spectators.

Η ΔΕΑΒ με ανακοίνωσή της γνωστοποίησε ότι επέβαλε πρόστιμο στις ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ Novibet και Ολυμπιακός για επεισόδια, που σημειώθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια του ματς των δύο ομάδων (18/10) για το πρωτάθλημα της Stoiximan Super League.

Η Διαρκής Επιτροπή Αντιμετώπισης της Βίας (ΔΕΑΒ) επέβαλε πρόστιμα ύψους 15.000 ευρώ στην ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ Novibet και 10 χιλιάδες ευρώ στην ΠΑΕ Ολυμπιακός για επεισόδια στον μεταξύ τους αγώνα στο πλαίσιο της 7ης αγωνιστικής της Stoiximan Super League, ο οποίος διεξήχθη στο γήπεδο AEL FC Arena (18/10).

Συγκεκριμένα, το πρόστιμο προς τον σύλλογο από τη Λάρισα έγκειται στο γεγονός πως υπήρξε συμπλοκή μεταξύ φιλάθλων της γηπεδούχου ομάδας, ενώ οι Ερυθρόλευκοι  τιμωρήθηκαν για καταστροφή ξένης περιουσίας, που σημειώθηκαν στο στάδιο από οπαδούς του.

Επιπλέον, με μία αγωνιστική κεκλεισμένων των θυρών για ρίψη κροτίδων και πλαστικών μπουκαλιών στο παιχνίδι με την Καλαμάτα (26/10) τιμωρήθηκε ο Πανιώνιος.

Αναλυτικά η ανακοίνωση της ΔΕΑΒ:

“Η Επιτροπή

1. Αφού έλαβε υπόψη της

α) την Έκθεση Συμβάντων της Διεύθυνσης Αστυνομίας Λάρισας,

β) σχετικό Έγγραφο του Τμήματος Δίωξης και Εξιχνίασης Εγκλημάτων Λάρισας,

γ) σχετικό βιντεοληπτικό υλικό,

από τα οποία προκύπτει ότι, κατά τη διάρκεια του ποδοσφαιρικού αγώνα ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ – ΠΑΕ Ολυμπιακός, στις 18/10/2025 στο γήπεδο AEL FC ARENA, για την 7η αγωνιστική του πρωταθλήματος της Super League 1 2025/2026, έλαβε χώρα φαινόμενο βίας – συμπλοκή μεταξύ φιλάθλων της γηπεδούχου ομάδας,

επέβαλε με την υπ’ αριθμό 31/2025 Απόφασή της διοικητικό πρόστιμο ύψους 15.000€ στην ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ.

Εφαρμογή άρθρου 1 ν. 4326/2015, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει με το άρθρο 104 του ν.5224/2025.

2. Αφού έλαβε υπόψη της

την Έκθεση συμβάντων της Διεύθυνσης Αστυνομίας Λάρισας, από την οποία προκύπτει ότι, κατά τη διάρκεια του ποδοσφαιρικού αγώνα ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ – ΠΑΕ Ολυμπιακός, στις 18/10/2025 στο γήπεδο AEL FC ARENA, για την 7η αγωνιστική του πρωταθλήματος της Super League 1 2025/2026, έλαβε χώρα φαινόμενο βίας και δη θραύση-καταστροφή εννέα (9) διαχωριστικών-προστατευτικών χωρισμάτων τύπου plexiglass, από φιλάθλους της φιλοξενούμενης ομάδας,

επέβαλε με την υπ’ αριθμό 32/2025 Απόφασή της διοικητικό πρόστιμο ύψους 10.000€ στην ΠΑΕ ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ.

Εφαρμογή άρθρου 1 ν. 4326/2015, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει με το άρθρο 104 του ν.5224/2025.

3. Αφού έλαβε υπόψη της

α) την Έκθεση Συμβάντων της Γενικής Αστυνομικής Διεύθυνσης Αθηνών,

β) τις σχετικές Εκθέσεις των Παρατηρητών της διοργανώτριας αρχής (Super League 2) και της ΔΕΑΒ,

γ) το Φύλλο Αγώνα,

από τα οποία προκύπτει ότι, κατά τη διεξαγωγή του αγώνα μεταξύ των ομάδων ΠΑΕ ΠΑΝΙΩΝΙΟΣ – ΠΑΕ ΚΑΛΑΜΑΤΑ, στις 26/10/2025 στο Στάδιο Ν. Σμύρνης, για την 7η αγωνιστική του πρωταθλήματος της Super League 2, φίλαθλοι της γηπεδούχου ομάδας πυροδότησαν και έρριψαν εντός της κερκίδας δύο (2) κροτίδες και τρία (3) πλαστικά μπουκάλια έμφορτα ύδατος προς τον Βοηθό Διαιτητή και τον πάγκο της φιλοξενούμενης ομάδας,

επέβαλε, με την υπ’ αριθμό 43/2025 Πράξη της, στην ΠΑΕ ΠΑΝΙΩΝΙΟΣ, τη διοικητική κύρωση της διεξαγωγής μίας (1) αθλητικής συνάντησης ως γηπεδούχου, χωρίς την παρουσία θεατών.

Εφαρμογή άρθρου 1Α ν. 4326/2015, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει με το άρθρο 105 του ν.5224/2025″.
