Bayern avoids extra time with a third-division opponent… in the end. Thanks to Kane’s goal in the 94th minute, the Bavarians prevailed 3-2 at the home of weak Wehen and qualified for the Cup.

Bayern advanced to the next round of the German Cup with a bang.

Despite facing a third-division team, the Bavarians needed a goal in the 94th minute to eliminate weak Wehen (3-2).

At the start of the second half, Vincent Kompany’s team seemed to have completed the modest ceremony: Thanks to Kane’s well-executed penalty in the 16th minute and Oliseh’s goal in the 51st minute.

Within six minutes, however, the home team achieved an unexpected come back. And with Kayias as their hero (who scored in the 64th and 70th minutes), they brought the match to a draw.

Although they fought until the stoppage time, they were unable to send the match to extra time. Because Kane was about to become fatal (missing a penalty in the 76th minute), however, just before the final whistle he scored the winning goal and prevented any trouble.

Με την ψυχή στο στόμα πέρασε στην επόμενη φάση του Κυπέλλου Γερμανίας η Μπάγερν.

Παρόλο που είχαν απέναντί τους ομάδα γ’ κατηγορίας, οι Βαυαροί χρειάστηκαν γκολ στο 94’ για ν’ αποκλείσουν (3-2) την αδύναμη Βέεν.

Στο ξεκίνημα του δευτέρου ημιχρόνου η ομάδα του Βενσάν Κομπανί φαινόταν να έχει τελειώσει τη σεμνή τελετή: Χάρη σε εύστοχη εκτέλεση πέναλτι του Κέιν στο 16’ και γκολ του Ολίσε στο 51’.

Μέσα σε έξι λεπτά ωστόσο οι γηπεδούχοι πέτυχαν ανέλπιστο come back. Και με ήρωα τον Καγιά (που σκόραρε στο 64’ και το 70’) έφεραν το ματς στα ίσα.

Παρόλο που πάλεψαν όμως μέχρι τις καθυστερήσεις, δεν μπόρεσαν να στείλουν το ματς στην παράταση. Γιατί ο Κέιν πήγε να γίνει μοιραίος (χάνοντας πέναλτι στο 76’), ωστόσο λίγο πριν το τελευταίο σφύριγμα πέτυχε το νικητήριο γκολ και απέτρεψε τους όποιους μπελάδες.
