Carlos Alcaraz is unstoppable, the 22-year-old Spaniard also overcame the obstacle of Taylor Fritz with 6-4, 5-7, 6-3, 7-6(6), getting the first ticket to the Wimbledon final, on Sunday (13/7).

Alcaraz is one win away from his 3rd consecutive title at the All England Club, something that Novak Djokovic was the last to achieve (2019, 2021, 2022). His opponent will emerge from the big semi-final match between Djokovic and Yannick Schinner.

At the same time, he reached 20 consecutive victories at Wimbledon, also counting 33 victories in his last 34 matches and 48 in 53 total matches in 2025.!

He will also play in the 6th final of his career in a Grand Slam, where so far he has the absolute: 2/2 at Wimbledon (2023, 2024), 2/2 at Roland Garros (2024, 2025) and 1/1 at the US Open (2022).

The Spaniard opened the match with a break for 2-0 and thanks to this he laid the foundations for winning the 1st set with 6-4.

Fritz, raising his performance, reached his own break in the 12th game of the 2nd set, for 7-5. In the 3rd set, Alcaraz, with two breaks in the 4th and 9th games, comfortably reached 6-3.

The battle took place in the 4th set, with Fritz "extinguishing" the only break in the 6th game, with the American leading it to the tie break, there he turned 1-4 into a double set point (6-4), but Alcaraz responded with four points in a row, reaching 7-6(6) and qualifying.

Ο Κάρλος Αλκαράθ νίκησε τον Τέιλορ Φριτζ με 3-1 σετ, πέρασε στον τελικό του Wimbledon, στοχεύοντας στον 3ο διαδοχικό του τίτλο στο All England Club.

O Κάρλος Αλκαράθ είναι ασταμάτητος, ο 22χρονος Ισπανός ξεπέρασε και το εμπόδιο του Τέιλορ Φριτζ με 6-4, 5-7, 6-3, 7-6(6), παίρνοντας το πρώτο εισιτήριο για τον τελικό του Wimbledon, την Κυριακή (13/7) .

Ο Αλκαράθ απέχει μια νίκη από τον 3ο διαδοχικό του τίτλο στο All England Club, κάτι που τελευταίος είχε καταφέρει ο Νόβακ Τζόκοβιτς (2019, 2021, 2022). Ο αντίπαλός του θα αναδειχθεί από το μεγάλο παιχνίδι των ημιτελικών ανάμεσα στον Τζόκοβιτς και τον Γιάνικ Σίνερ.

Παράλληλα, έφθασε στις 20 διαδοχικές νίκες στο Wimbledon, μετράει επίσης 33 νίκες στα 34 τελευταία παιχνίδια του και 48 σε 53 συνολικά παιχνίδια μέσα στο 2025.!

Ο Ισπανός άνοιξε τον αγώνα με ένα break για το 2-0 και χάρη σε αυτό έβαλες τις βάσεις για την κατάκτηση του 1ου σετ με 6-4.

Ο Φριτζ ανεβάζοντας την απόδοσή του, έφθασε στο δικό του break στο 12ο game του 2ου σετ, για το 7-5. Στο 3ο σετ ο Αλκαράθ με δύο break στο 4ο και στο 9ο game, έφθασε με άνεση στο 6-3.

Μάχη έγινε στο 4ο σετ, με τον Φριτζ να «σβήνει» το μοναδικό break στο 6ο game, με τον Αμερικανό να το οδηγεί στο tie break, εκεί μετέτρεψε το 1-4 σε διπλό set point (6-4), όμως ο Αλκαράθ απάντησε με τέσσερις στη σειρά πόντους, φθάνοντας στο 7-6(6) και στην πρόκριση.
