In particular, the brutal center of Alba Berlin was punished by the competent authorities with a suspension of three games and a fine of 2,000 euros, after his attack on an official of the anti-doping control team.
As noted by German publications, the incident in question took place during the German Cup match two weeks ago, between the Berliners and Kreilsheim.
For her part, however, Alba will file an objection, since she claims that the man in question, who was a member of the anti-doping control, was wearing a Crailsheim accreditation and moved threateningly towards the player.

Συγκεκριμένα, ο θηριώδης σέντερ της Άλμπα Βερολίνου τιμωρήθηκε από τις αρμόδιες αρχές με αποκλεισμό τριών αγώνων και χρηματικό πρόστιμο 2.000 ευρώ, μετά την επίθεσή του σε αξιωματούχο της ομάδας αντιντόπινγκ κοντρόλ.
Όπως σημειώνεται από γερμανικά δημοσιεύματα, το εν λόγω περιστατικό έλαβε χώρα κατά τη διάρκεια του αγώνα του Κυπέλλου Γερμανίας πριν από δύο εβδομάδες, ανάμεσα στους Βερολινέζους και την Κράιλσχαϊμ.
Από την πλευρά της πάντως η Άλμπα θα καταθέσει ένσταση, αφού υποστηρίζει πως ο εν λόγω άνδρας που ήταν μέλος του αντιντόπινγκ κοντρόλ φορούσε διαπίστευση της Κράιλσχαϊμ και κινήθηκε απειλητικά προς το μέρος του παίκτη.
