Extraordinary General Assembly in Superleague

The approval of the Proclamation of the championship and not only will be put on the carpet at the extraordinary General Assembly of the League on July 10.

The League's statement reads:

It is announced that, on Wednesday 10 July 2024 at 11:30 am, an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Super League will be held, via video conference.

The items on the agenda are as follows:

1/ Approval of the Proclamation of the Stoiximan Super League 1 Championship (men), for the 2024-25 season.

2/ Miscellaneous.

It is noted that in the event that a quorum is not reached, according to article 15 of the Articles of Association of the Cooperative, the first repeat General Assembly will take place, via teleconference, on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 11:30 a.m., with the same topics as above agenda and without further invitation.

In the event that a quorum is not reached, during the first repeat General Meeting, a second repeat General Meeting will take place via teleconference on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 11:30 a.m., with the same agenda items as above and without any other invitation

Η έγκριση της Προκήρυξης του πρωταθλήματος και όχι μόνο θα τεθεί επί τάπητος στην έκτακτη ΓΣ της Λίγκας στις 10 Ιουλίου.

Η ανακοίνωση της Λίγκας αναφέρει: 

Ανακοινώνεται ότι, την Τετάρτη 10 Ιουλίου 2024 στις 11:30 π.μ., θα πραγματοποιηθεί Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση της Super League, μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης.

Τα θέματα ημερήσιας διάταξης έχουν ως ακολούθως:

1/ Έγκριση Προκήρυξης Πρωταθλήματος Stoiximan Super League 1 (ανδρών), αγωνιστικής περιόδου 2024-25.

2/ Διάφορα.

Σημειώνεται ότι σε περίπτωση μη επίτευξης απαρτίας, κατά το άρθρο 15 του Καταστατικού του Συνεταιρισμού, θα λάβει χώρα α’ επαναληπτική Γενική Συνέλευση, μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης, την Παρασκευή 12 Ιουλίου 2024 και ώρα 11:30 π.μ., με τα ίδια ως άνω θέματα ημερησίας διάταξης και χωρίς άλλη πρόσκληση.

Σε περίπτωση μη επίτευξης απαρτίας, κατά την α’ επαναληπτική Γενική Συνέλευση, θα λάβει χώρα β’ επαναληπτική Γενική Συνέλευση μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης την Τρίτη 16 Ιουλίου 2024 και ώρα 11:30 π.μ., με τα ίδια ως άνω θέματα ημερησίας διάταξης και χωρίς άλλη πρόσκληση
