In the indoor Olympic Village, AEK welcomed the "red and white" unbeaten in the first 7 rounds of the championship, with Lorenzo Micelli's team winning 3-1 (22-25, 25-23, 18-25, 22-25 ), breaking her this year's undefeated record, while also reducing the point difference from the top. AEK remains first with 19 points, having in 8 matches, 7 wins and 1 loss, with Panathinaikos and Olympiacos following in 2nd place with 18.

In the match, with the exception of the third set, which was easily won by the guests, we saw a great derby won by Olympiacos, having a clear mind at the end of each set. First scorer for the winners was the impressive Koumboura who had 29 points, with Nizetich following with 14 and Mleinkova with 11. For the losers, Strantzali had 16 and Nikolova 14.

Ο Ολυμπιακός ήταν ο μεγάλος νικητής του ντέρμπι της 8ης αγωνιστικής της Volley League Γυναικών, με τις «ερυθρόλευκες» να επικρατούν στο Ολυμπιακό Χωριό της ΑΕΚ με 3-1 και να μειώνουν στον πόντο την διαφορά από την κορυφή.

Στα ερυθρόλευκα ντύθηκε το μεγάλο ντέρμπι της 8ης αγωνιστικής στην Volley League Γυναικών. Στο κλειστό του Ολυμπιακού Χωριού, η ΑΕΚ υποδέχθηκε τις «ερυθρόλευκες» ούσα αήττητη στις 7 πρώτες στροφές του πρωταθλήματος, με την ομάδα του Λορέντζο Μιτσέλι να επικρατεί με 3-1 (22-25, 25-23, 18-25, 22-25), σπάζοντάς της το φετινό αήττητο, ενώ μείωσε και στον πόντο την διαφορά από την κορυφή. Η ΑΕΚ παραμένει πρώτη με 19 βαθμούς, έχοντας σε 8 ματς, 7 νίκες και 1 ήττα, με τους Παναθηναϊκό και Ολυμπιακό να ακολουθούν στην 2η με 18.

Στα του αγώνα με εξαίρεση το τρίτο σετ το οποίο πήραν με άνεση οι φιλοξενούμενες, είδαμε ένα μεγάλο ντέρμπι το οποίο κέρδισε ο Ολυμπιακός, έχοντας καθαρό μυαλό στο τέλος κάθε σετ. Πρώτη σκόρερ για τις νικήτριες η εντυπωσιακή Κούμπουρα που είχε 29 πόντους, με την Νίζετιχ να ακολουθεί με 14 και την Μλεΐνκοβα να έχει 11. Για τις ηττημένες η Στράντζαλη είχε 16 και η Νικόλοβα 14.
