Baskonia transfers: Announced Nikos Manion

In the last two years, Magnion wore the jersey of Virtus Bologna. In the 2022/23 season he averaged 10.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists with 37.4% on three-pointers in 22 minutes of participation in the Italian league, but only 5.4 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists on 38.2% of three-pointers in 13 minutes of participation in the EuroLeague, where he had a smaller role.
The former NBAer is the first transfer of the Basques this year. However, it is possible that one of the next announcements will concern Nikos Rogavopoulos, who has agreed with Baskonia and all that remains is the formalization of their cooperation.

Την τελευταία διετία ο Μάνιον φόρεσε την φανέλα της Βίρτους Μπολόνια. Την σεζόν 2022/23 είχε 10.5 πόντους, 1.9 ριμπάουντ και 3.4 ασίστ μέσο όρο με 37.4% στα τρίποντα σε 22 λεπτά συμμετοχής στο ιταλικό πρωτάθλημα, αλλά μόλις 5.4 πόντους, 1.4 ριμπάουντ και 2.6 ασίστ μέσο όρο με 38.2% στα τρίποντα σε 13 λεπτά συμμετοχής στην EuroLeague, όπου είχε μικρότερο ρόλο.
Ο άλλοτε NBAερ είναι η πρώτη φετινή μεταγραφή των Βάσκων. Δεν αποκλείεται μία από τις επόμενες ανακοινώσεις πάντως να αφορά τον Νίκο Ρογκαβόπουλο, ο οποίος έχει συμφωνήσει με την Μπασκόνια και το μόνο που απομένει είναι η επισημοποίηση της συνεργασίας τους.
