Super League 2: Extraordinary General Assembly for draw and announcement

Extraordinary General Assembly was scheduled by Super League 2 for 10/9.

Harmonization of articles of association with Law 4809/21 and amendment thereof to articles 1-22.

Setting a draw date for the Super League 2 Championship, season 2021-2022.

Announcement of Super League 2 Championship, 2021-2022 season.

In case of lack of quorum, the Assembly will meet again on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 12:00 with the same Agenda Items, at which time it is considered that it is in quorum, regardless of the number of members present.

Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση προγραμμάτισε η Super League 2 για τις 10/9.

Πολλές είναι οι εκκρεμότητες στη Super League 2 ενόψει της έναρξης του πρωταθλήματος και η διοργανώτρια ανακοίνωσε τη διεξαγωγή Έκτακτης Γενικής Συνέλευσης στις 10 Σεπτεμβρίου.

Στα βασικά της θέματα είναι η ημερομηνία κλήρωσης, αλλά και η έγκριση της προκήρυξης. Εξάλλου, η σέντρα έχει οριστεί για τις 26/9 και έως τότε πρέπει να έχουν τακτοποιηθεί τα πάντα.

Αναλυτικά η ανακοίνωση:

«Την Παρασκευή 10 Σεπτεμβρίου και ώρα 12:00 θα πραγματοποιηθεί Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση της Ένωσης Επαγγελματικού Ποδοσφαίρου Α2 Εθνικής Κατηγορίας Super League 2 στο ξενοδοχείο Τιτάνια, με θέματα ημερησίας διάταξης:

Εναρμόνιση καταστατικού με τον Ν 4809/21 και τροποποίηση αυτού στα άρθρα 1-22.

Ορισμός ημερομηνίας κλήρωσης του Πρωταθλήματος Super League 2, αγωνιστικής περιόδου 2021-2022.

Ασφάλιση ποδοσφαιριστών.

Προκήρυξη Πρωταθλήματος Super League 2, αγωνιστικής περιόδου 2021-2022.

Σε περίπτωση έλλειψης απαρτίας, η Συνέλευση θα συνέλθει εκ νέου την Σάββατο 11 Σεπτεμβρίου 2021 και ώρα 12:00 με τα ίδια Θέματα Ημερήσιας Διάταξης, οπότε και θεωρείται ότι βρίσκεται σε απαρτία, ανεξάρτητα από τον αριθμό των παρόντων μελών»
