AEL: Upgrades the training center with a third stadium

AEL continues the renovation of its training center, in Dendra Tyrnavou and started the works for the third stadium. He also made known, with photos, the course of the upgrade.

"PAE AEL announces the start of work at its privately owned training center in Dendra Tyrnavos. The President and owner of PAE Mr. Alexis Kougias decided, after the suggestions of the members of the Board and the heads of the competition department, the complete reconstruction of the entire facility and its radical upgrade.

The reconstruction started yesterday with the installation of the Larissa company Green Grass Ltd. of the brothers Nikos and Neokratis Papakonstantinou in the training center.

The company, led by the Larissa agronomists Papakonstantinou brothers, has extensive experience in the reconstruction and maintenance of football fields, participates in competitions nationwide and in recent years has built and reconstructed many stadiums in the prefecture of Larissa, in the whole region of Thessaly. Greece and with the completion of the projects will undertake the maintenance of our training center.

The works include, among others, the complete reconstruction of the 2 football fields with the upgrade of the existing irrigation system, the creation of a drainage system and the installation of a ready-made lawn of a psychophilic variety.

In the surrounding ancillary areas, earthworks will be improved and leveled, the irrigation system will be upgraded, lubrication, ventilation and drainage will be provided.

A special area will also be created - a sand dune, where the injured will be rehabilitated, a space that we hope we will never use and all our athletes will be healthy.

The works will be completed with the creation of a third stadium in the area where the artificial stadium now exists and is not used in its existing form.

Finally, after an agreement with the Municipality of Tyrnavos and especially with the Mayor Mr. Ioannis Kokouras and the Deputy Mayor Mr. Christoforos Katsaros, PAE AEL will use as training the Municipal Stadium of Tyrnavos and the Municipal Stadium of the local community of Trees for the next period and until the completion of the work in our training center.

In the two stadiums, the Municipal Stadium of Tyrnavos and the Community Stadium of Trees, leveling works were carried out at the expense of PAE AEL and if required, there will be other interventions.

Mr. Alexis Kougias, the Board of Directors of PAE, our coaches and our footballers, we would like to express our warmest thanks to the Mayor Mr. Kokouras and the Deputy Mayor Mr. Katsaros for their immediate response to our request for the use of his stadiums. *** ΑΕΛ : Αναβαθμίζει το προπονητικό κέντρο με τρίτο γήπεδο

Η ΑΕΛ συνεχίζει την ανακαίνιση στο προπονητικό της κέντρο, στα Δένδρα Τυρνάβου και ξεκίνησε τις εργασίες για το τρίτο γήπεδο. Ακόμα έκανε γνωστή, με φωτογραφίες, την πορεία της αναβάθμισης.

Αναλυτικά η ανακοίνωση:

«Η ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ ανακοινώνει την έναρξη εργασιών στο ιδιόκτητο προπονητικό της κέντρο στα Δένδρα Τυρνάβου. Ο Πρόεδρος και ιδιοκτήτης της ΠΑΕ κ. Αλέξης Κούγιας αποφάσισε, έπειτα από τις εισηγήσεις των μελών του ΔΣ και των επικεφαλής του αγωνιστικού τμήματος, την πλήρη ανακατασκευή στο σύνολο της εγκατάστασης και την εκ βάθρων αναβάθμιση της.

Η ανακατασκευή ξεκίνησε χθες με την εγκατάσταση της λαρισαϊκής εταιρείας Green Grass ΕΠΕ των αδερφών Νίκου και Νεοκράτη Παπακωνσταντίνου στο προπονητικό κέντρο.

Η εταιρεία, με επικεφαλής τους Λαρισαίους γεωπόνους αδερφούς Παπακωνσταντίνου, έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στην ανακατασκευή και στη συντήρηση ποδοσφαιρικών γηπέδων, συμμετέχει σε διαγωνισμούς πανελλαδικά και τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει κατασκευάσει και ανακατασκευάσει πάρα πολλά γήπεδα στο νομό Λάρισας, στην Περιφέρεια Θεσσαλίας, αλλά και σε όλη την Ελλάδα και με την ολοκλήρωση των έργων θα αναλάβει και τη συντήρηση του προπονητικού μας κέντρου.

Οι εργασίες περιλαμβάνουν μεταξύ άλλων την ολοκληρωτική ανακατασκευή των 2 ποδοσφαιρικών γηπέδων με αναβάθμιση του υφιστάμενου αρδευτικού συστήματος, δημιουργία αποστραγγιστικού συστήματος και τοποθέτηση έτοιμου χλοοτάπητα ψυχρόφιλης ποικιλίας.

Στους περιβάλλοντες βοηθητικούς χώρους θα γίνουν χωματουργικές βελτιώσεις και επιπεδοποίηση, αναβάθμιση του αρδευτικού συστήματος, λίπανση, εξαερισμός και επισπορά.

Επίσης θα δημιουργηθεί ειδικός χώρος – σκάμμα με άμμο, όπου θα γίνεται η αποκατάσταση των τραυματιών, χώρος που ελπίζουμε να μην χρησιμοποιούμε ποτέ και όλοι οι αθλητές μας να υγιείς.

Οι εργασίες θα ολοκληρωθούν με την δημιουργία και τρίτου γηπέδου στο χώρο όπου τώρα υπάρχει το τεχνητό γήπεδο και δεν γίνεται χρήση του με την υφιστάμενη μορφή.

Τέλος, έπειτα από συμφωνία με το Δήμο Τυρνάβου και ειδικά με τον Δήμαρχο κ. Ιωάννη Κόκουρα και τον Αντιδήμαρχο κ. Χριστόφορο Κατσαρό η ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ θα χρησιμοποιεί ως προπονητήρια το Δημοτικό Στάδιο Τυρνάβου και το Δημοτικό Γήπεδο της τοπικής κοινότητας των Δένδρων για το επόμενο χρονικό διάστημα και μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών στο προπονητικό μας κέντρο.

Στα δύο γήπεδα, το Δημοτικό Στάδιο Τυρνάβου και το Κοινοτικό Γήπεδο Δένδρων έγιναν εργασίες επιπεδοποίησης των αγωνιστικών χώρων με δαπάνη της ΠΑΕ ΑΕΛ και αν απαιτηθεί θα υπάρξουν και άλλες παρεμβάσεις.

Ο κ. Αλέξης Κούγιας, το ΔΣ της ΠΑΕ, οι προπονητές και οι ποδοσφαιριστές μας επιθυμούμε να εκφράσουμε τις πιο θερμές μας ευχαριστίες προς το Δήμαρχο κ. Κόκουρα και τον Αντιδήμαρχο κ. Κατσαρό για την άμεση ανταπόκριση τους στο αίτημα μας για χρήση των γηπέδων του Δήμου και την έμπρακτη συμπαράστασή τους για ακόμη μια φορά, μιας και στο παρελθόν μας έχουν χορηγηθεί δημοτικά γήπεδα για διεξαγωγή αγώνων των ομάδων νέων ή αγώνες προετοιμασίας, όπως επίσης και προς όλους τους ανθρώπους του Τυρνάβου που βοηθούν στη συντήρηση των γηπέδων και καθημερινά είναι δίπλα μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε.

Θα ήταν παράλειψη μας να μην εξάρουμε τη βοήθεια των ανθρώπων της τοπικής κοινότητας Δένδρων και των ανθρώπων της τοπικής ομάδας του Κεραυνού Δένδρων προεξάρχοντος του Προέδρου του σωματείου κ. Βασίλη Ντόνα, οι οποίοι χωρίς δεύτερη κουβέντα έθεσαν το κοινοτικό γήπεδο του χωριού, που γειτνιάζει με το προπονητικό μας κέντρο, στη διάθεση της ομάδα μας για όσο διαρκέσουν οι εργασίες και τους οποίους ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς»»
