Οι Πέισερς, από την άλλη, έχασαν στα τέλη της πρώτης περιόδου τον Βίκτορ Ολαντίπο με τραυματισμό στο μάτι, συνέχισαν να παλεύουν με εξαιρετική συνέπεια και αποφασιστικότητα, αλλά στο τέλος υποκλίθηκαν στην ανωτερότητα των αντιπάλων τους.
