Η ομάδα της Ανδαλουσίας ανακοίνωσε το βράδυ της Πέμπτης τη λύση της συνεργασίας με τον Αργεντινό τεχνικό, ο οποίος... πλήρωσε για την μέτρια πορεία στην Πριμέρα Ντιβιζιόν. 

Ήδη πριν από την ανακοίνωση της Σεβίλλης υπήρξαν δημοσιεύματα σχετικά με τους υποψήφιους αντικαταστάτες του, με τους Γκράθια και Λουίς Ενρίκε, οι οποίοι είναι ελεύθεροι, να «παίζουν» ψηλά. 

Σύμφωνα με την εφημερίδα «Marca» ακούγεται και το όνομα του Μπερντ Σούστερ, ο οποίος πάντως δεν έχει εργαστεί από τη σεζόν 2013-14, όταν κάθισε στον πάγκο της Ρεάλ Μαδρίτης. 


Πρόκειται, ωστόσο, για έναν εξαιρετικά έμπειρο προπονητή, με προϋπηρεσία και σε ομάδες της Ισπανίας.
