Τι κι αν υποβλήθηκε σε χειρουργική επέμβαση στο δεξί του πόδι πριν τρεις εβδομάδες; Ο Βαλεντίνο Ρόσι επέστρεψε σε χρόνο d.t. και μάλιστα πήρε μέρος στα δοκιμαστικά της Αραγονίας (video).

Στα τέλη Αυγούστου ο Ιταλός μοτοσικλετιστής έσπασε το δεξί του καλάμι μετά από προπόνηση σε μοτοκρός, επτά χρόνια μετά τον σοβαρό τραυματισμό στο ίδιο στο ίδιο πόδι!

Αμέσως υποβλήθηκε σε εγχείρηση και όλοι πίστεψαν πως θα μείνει εκτός για μεγάλο διάστημα. Έλα όμως που ο Ρόσι τους διέψευσε όλους! Μετά από τρεις εβδομάδες επέστρεψε στις επάλξεις και μάλιστα πήρε το ΟΚ από τους γιατρούς, τρέχοντας στα δοκιμαστικά της Αραγονίας.

Ο Βαλεντίνο Ρόσι πήρε την 18η θέση μετά από 8 γύρους και μάλιστα αντιμετώπισε κάποια προβλήματα λόγω του βρεγμένου οδοστρώματος. Πάντως έδειξε... πανέτοιμος για τη συνέχεια.
