Peristeri acquired Australian center Gortzok Gak (29 years old, 2.11).

Reinforcement just before the post season for Peristeri. Giorgos Limniatis' team acquired Australian center Gortzok Gak (29 years old, 2.11).

The newly acquired ace came from Nymburk four years ago, while in recent years he has been playing in his homeland.

Peristeri Domino's announces its agreement with athlete Gortzok Gak (29 years old, 2.11), who will wear the club's jersey for the 2024-2025 season.

The Australian center will strengthen the team with his presence in its obligations in the Stoiximan GBL.

His biography

Gorjok Gak was born on January 9, 1996 in St. Clair, Australia. He is 2m11 tall and plays as a center. He played basketball in college for the Florida Gators (2016-17 to 2019-2020) and the California Baptist Lancers (2020-2021) averaging 5.8 points and 4.8 rebounds.

In the 2021-2022 season, he came to Europe where he played in the Czech Republic and Nymburk with whom he had an average of 6.3 points and 5 rebounds in 13.3 minutes of participation.

He then found himself in Australia where in the 2021-2022 season he wore the jersey of the Brisbane Bullets with whom he had an average of 4.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 15.1 minutes of participation.

Last season (2022-2023) he played for the Melbourne Phoenix with whom he had an average of 5.4 points and 4.9 rebounds in 15.6 minutes of participation.

This season (2024-2025) he played for the Tasmania JackJumpers with whom he had an average of 4.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 10.6 minutes of participation in 26 games.

Ενίσχυση λίγο πριν την post season για το Περιστέρι. Η ομάδα του Γιώργου Λιμνιάτη απέκτησε τον Αυστραλό σέντερ Γκόρτζοκ Γκακ (29χρ., 2.11).

Ο νεοαποκτηθείς άσος έχει περάσει από τη Νίμπουρκ πριν μια τετραετία, ενώ τα τελευταία χρόνια αγωνιζόταν στην πατρίδα του.

Η ΚΑΕ Περιστέρι Domino’s ανακοινώνει τη συμφωνία της με τον αθλητή Γκόρτζοκ Γκακ (29χρ., 2.11), ο οποίος θα φοράει τη φανέλα του Συλλόγου για την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2024-2025.

Ο Αυστραλός σέντερ θα ενισχύσει με την παρουσία του την ομάδα στις υποχρεώσεις της στη Stoiximan GBL.

Το βιογραφικό του

Ο Γκόρτζοκ Γκακ γεννήθηκε στις 9 Ιανουαρίου 1996 στην St. Clair στην Αυστραλία. Έχει ύψος 2μ.11 και αγωνίζεται στη θέση του σέντερ. Έπαιξε μπάσκετ στο κολέγιο Florida Gators (2016-17 έως το 2019-2020) και στους California Baptist Lancers (2020-2021) έχοντας μέσο όρο 5.8 πόντους μέσο όρο και 4.8 ριμπάουντ.

Την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2021-2022 ήρθε στην Ευρώπη όπου αγωνίστηκε στην Τσεχία και τη Nymburk με την οποία είχε 6.3 πόντους μέσο όρο και 5 ριμπάουντ σε 13.3 λεπτά συμμετοχής.

Στη συνέχεια βρέθηκε στην Αυστραλία όπου τη σεζόν 2021-2022 φόρεσε τη φανέλα των Brisbane Bullets με τους οποίους είχε 4.7 πόντους μέσο όρο, 4.3 ριμπάουντ και 1.3 ασίστ σε 15.1 λεπτά συμμετοχής.

Την περσινή σεζόν (2022-2023) αγωνίστηκε στους Melbourne Phoenix με τους οποίους είχε 5.4 πόντους μέσο όρο και 4.9 ριμπάουντ σε 15.6 λεπτά συμμετοχής.

Τη φετινή σεζόν (2024-2025) αγωνίστηκε στους Tasmania JackJumpers με τους οποίους είχε σε 26 αγώνες, 4.5 πόντους μέσο όρο και 2.5 ριμπάουντ σε 10.6 λεπτά συμμετοχής.
