According to a Spanish publication, the Greens are ready to make Valencia's ace their own, paying the buyout of 1.5 million euros!

Panathinaikos is moving strongly to acquire Valencia's Senegalese guard, according to the Spanish.

The website "encestando.es" even considers the case of Bandio, one of the revelation players of the "night-bats" in their terrible course this year, up to the Final-4 of the Euroleague and of course the conquest of the Spanish championship, to be over.

As the relevant report states, the Seven-Stars have been chasing the 27-year-old ace for weeks and now, with the approval of Zeljko Obradovic, they have taken the next step and paid the 1.5 million euro buyout clause in his contract to dress him in green. At the same time, however, he is particularly distinguished for his toughness and defensive commitment, gathering one of the most attractive packages on the market.

Badio is coming off a phenomenal season, averaging 11.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in the 40 Euroleague games he played in, while shooting 54% from two-point range and 33% from three-point range.

Η ιστοσελίδα "encestando.es" μάλιστα θεωρεί τελειωμένη την υπόθεση του Μπαντιό, ενός από τους παίκτες-αποκάλυψη των "νυκτερίδων" στην τρομερή φετινή πορεία τους, έως το Final-4 της Euroleague και φυσικά την κατάκτηση του ισπανικού πρωταθλήματος. 

Όπως αναφέρει το σχετικό ρεπορτάζ, ο Επτάστερος κυνηγούσε εδώ και εβδομάδες τον 27χρονο άσο και πλέον με την έγκριση του Ζέλικο Ομπράντοβιτς προχώρησε στο επόμενο βήμα και πληρώνει το buy out ύψους 1,5 εκατ. ευρώ που είχε στο συμβόλαιό του για να τον ντύσει στα πράσινα. Παράλληλα όμως διακρίνεται ιδιαίτερα  για τη σκληράδα του και την αμυντική του προσήλωση, συγκεντρώνοντας ένα από τα πλέον ελκυστικά πακέτα της αγοράς. 

Ο Μπαντιό προέρχεται από μία εκπληκτική σεζόν, μετρώντας 11,2 πόντους, 2,6 ριμπάουντ και 2,2 ασίστ κατά μ.ο. στα 40 ματς της Euroleague ποου αγωνίστηκε, ενώ σούταρε με 54% στα δίποντα και 33% στα τρίποντα.
