Anastasiou: "We were not decisive in the last phase"

Giannis Anastasiou appeared disappointed with the way Panaitolikos lost the "three points" in the match with Atromitos.

"When you get there and it's essentially the last phase and the opponent has a corner, you have to be decisive. We won the first ball, but we didn't react properly in the second and conceded the goal. Atromitos came up, we didn't show any energy, we didn't keep the ball and we were constantly defending. In essence, we could have had a completely different picture," he said after the end of the match.

Απογοητευμένος εμφανίστηκε ο Γιάννης Αναστασίου με τον τρόπο που ο Παναιτωλικός έχασε το «τρίποντο» στο ματς με τον Ατρόμητο.

«Όταν φτάνεις εκεί και στην ουσία είναι τελευταία φάση και έχει κόρνερ ο αντίπαλος, πρέπει να είσαι αποφασιστικός. Κερδίσαμε την πρώτη μπάλα, αλλά δεν αντιδράσαμε σωστά στη δεύτερη και δεχτήκαμε το γκολ. Ανέβηκε ο Ατρόμητος, εμείς δεν βγάλαμε ενέργεια, δεν κρατούσαμε τη μπάλα και κάναμε συνέχεια άμυνα. Στην ουσία θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε τελείως διαφορετική εικόνα», δήλωσε μετά το τέλος του αγώνα.
