Amidst all the losses, such as those of Stefanos Tsitsipas, Karen Khachanov and Jiri Lechecka, the Italian champion requested to take part in the Hellenic Championship that will start tomorrow (1/11) at the "Telekom Center Athens"!

Lorenzo Muzzetti managed to request a wild card and will enter the draw (today at 19:00) to participate in the 250-player tournament, the Hellenic Championship that will take place in Athens from 1 to 8 November.

The reason? Felix Auger-Aliassime has approached 90 points in the race for the ATP Finals. The Italian champion is in 8th place and the Canadian follows in 9th.

If he loses tomorrow in the semi-final or goes to the final of the Paris Masters and Aliassime is defeated, their place will be clear in the 250 tournament, with Musetti in Athens and the Canadian in Metz, France.

In the event that Aliassime lifts the trophy in Paris, Musetti will withdraw from the Hellenic Championship, while Alexander Bublik and Daniil Medvedev are also monitoring developments with the aim of entering the top eight of the world rankings, requesting a wild card for Greece or France!

Ο Λορέντζο Μουζέτι πρόλαβε να ζητήσει wild card και θα μπει στην κλήρωση (σήμερα στις 19:00) για να συμμετάσχει στο 250άρι τουρνουά, Hellenic Championship που θα λάβει χώρα στην Αθήνα από 1η έως 8 Νοεμβρίου.

Ο λόγος; Ο Φίλιξ Οζέ-Αλιασίμ έχει πλησιάσει στους 90 πόντους στο race για το ATP Finals. Ο Ιταλός πρωταθλητής είναι στην 8η θέση και ο Καναδός ακολουθεί στην 9η.

Αν χάσει αύριο στον ημιτελικό ή πάει στον τελικό του Paris Masters και ηττηθεί ο Αλιασίμ, η θέση τους θα ξεκαθαρίσει στα 250άρια τουρνουά, με τον Μουζέτι στην Αθήνα και τον Καναδό στο Μετς της Γαλλίας. 

Στην περίπτωση που σηκώσει το τρόπαιο στο Παρίσι ο Αλιασίμ, ο Μουζέτι θα αποσυρθεί από το Hellenic Championship, ενώ oι Αλεξάντρ Μπούμπλικ και Ντανίλ Μεντβέντεφ παρακολουθούν, επίσης, τις εξελίξεις με στόχο να μπουν στην οκτάδα της παγκόσμιας κατάταξης, ζητώντας wild card για Ελλάδα ή Γαλλία!
