Leader Eindhoven reached its fifth consecutive victory in the championship by "crushing" Fortuna Sittard 5-2, a few days before the match with Olympiacos (4/11).

Eindhoven is undaunted in the Eredivisie race! Peter Bosz's team easily prevailed at home with a 5-2 win over Fortuna Sittard and reached the five consecutive victories that kept them at the top of the standings. Olympiacos' next opponent in the Champions League (4/11, 22:00) did not let its opponent... breathe in the first 45 minutes, when they essentially "cleaned up" the match.

Absolute dominant in the first half, Bosz's team easily reached a comfortable lead. In the 17th minute, Saibari opened the scoring with a header after Mann's cross. Eleven minutes later, the same player made it 2-0 with a powerful shot from inside the area. The... monologue of Eindhoven continued, when in the second half, Mann with two wonderful feints "emptied" the Sittard defense, sending the ball into the net from close range. Bos made changes at the beginning of the second half and Eindhoven maintained its strength, giving its opponent the opportunity to reduce to 3-1 in the 68th minute. Pepi's goal in the 82nd minute after a wonderful counterattack by the home team raised the score even further, Sittard reduced it again, before Till made it 5-2 in the final minutes.

Στην πέμπτη της συνεχόμενη νίκη στο πρωτάθλημα έφτασε η πρωτοπόρος Αϊντχόφεν «συνθλίβοντας» με 5-2 την Φορτούνα Σιτάρντ, λίγες μέρες πριν το ματς με τον Ολυμπιακό (4/11).

Η Αϊντχόφεν οδηγεί απτόητη την κούρσα της Eredivisie! Η ομάδα του Πίτερ Μπος επικράτησε εύκολα στην έδρα της με 5-2 της Φορτούνα Σιτάρντ και έφτασε τις πέντε σερί νίκες που την κράτησαν στην κορυφή της βαθμολογίας. Η προσεχής αντίπαλος του Ολυμπιακού στο Champions League (4/11, 22:00) δεν άφησε την αντίπαλό της να... ανασάνει στο πρώτο 45λεπτο, όταν στην ουσία «καθάρισε» το ματς.

Απόλυτη κυρίαρχος στο πρώτο μέρος η ομάδα του Μπος, έφτασε πολύ εύκολα σε ένα άνετο προβάδισμα. Στο 17' ο Σαϊμπάρι άνοιξε το σκορ με κεφαλιά, μετά την σέντρα του Μαν. Έντεκα λεπτά αργότερα, ο ίδιος παίκτης με δυνατό σουτ μέσα από την περιοχή έκανε το 2-0. Ο... μονόλογος της Αϊντχόφεν συνεχίστηκε, όταν στις καθυστερήσεις του ημιχρόνου ο Μαν με δύο υπέροχες προσποιήσεις «άδειασε» την άμυνα της Σιτάρντ στέλνοντας από κοντά την μπάλα στα δίχτυα. Ο Μπος έκανε αλλαγές στην αρχή του β' μέρους και η Αϊντχόφεν συντήρηση δυνάμεων δίνοντας την ευκαιρία στην αντίπαλό της να μειώσει σε 3-1 στο 68'. Το γκολ του Πέπι στο 82' μετά από υπέροχη αντεπίθεση της γηπεδούχου ανέβασε κι άλλο τον δείκτη του σκορ, η Σιτάρντ μείωσε εκ νέου, προτού ο Τιλ διαμορφώσει στις καθυστερήσεις το τελικό 5-2.
