JJ Redick showed in the playoffs that he does not trust Jackson Hayes and everything indicates that the 25-year-old will not be on the Lakers' roster in the new season.

The Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated in the NBA playoffs by the Minnesota Timberwolves, with JJ Redick deciding to leave Jackson Hayes on the bench. Despite the fact that in the regular season he was one of the main players, as the playoffs approached he was increasingly on the bench. In the regular season he was on the court for 19.8 minutes but in the playoffs he played only 7.8 minutes and in Game 5 he was never used.

Thus, he will be an unrestricted free agent in the summer, with JJ Redick's team looking for a center in the market.

Οι Λος Άντζελες Λέικερς αποκλείστηκαν στα play-offs του ΝΒΑ από τους Μινεσότα Τίμπεργουλβς, με τον Τζέι Τζέι Ρέντικ να αποφασίζει να αφήσει στον πάγκο τον Τζάκσον Χέιζ. Παρά το γεγονός πως στην regular season ήταν από τους βασικούς παίκτες, όσο πλησίαζαν τα play-offs όλο και περισσότερο έμενε στο πάγκο. Στην regular season έμενε στο παρκέ για 19,8 λεπτά αλλά στα play-offs αγωνιζόταν μόνο για 7,8 λεπτά και στο Game 5 δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκε ποτέ.

Όπως αναφέρει το «Clutch Points», ο 25χρονος δεν έμεινε καθόλου χαρούμενος με τον ρόλο του στο τελευταίο κομμάτι της σεζόν και όλα δείχνουν πως δεν θα επιστρέψει στους «Λιμνανθρώπους». Έτσι, θα είναι unrestricted free agent το καλοκαίρι, με την ομάδα του Τζέι Τζέι Ρέντικ να ψάχνει στην αγορά για σέντερ.
