James Harden managed 41 points with the worst percentage since the 1954/55 season.
There are good things to do, there are also things to be proud of. James Harden had the Hawks against 41 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, but he did so by shooting poorly and at very poor rates.
Historically he had 41 points with 26.5% shooting, with 9/34 (4/20 triples) and 2/18 overall in the 2nd half, something that has happened since 1954/55, the only time a player has scored at least 40 points with less than 30% was again when Harden on December 3 had 50 points with 29.7%.
He had 34/92 shots on his team and 20/44 on his three-pointers and one can easily see how much he sacrifices to finally have the numbers he has in his stats.
