Gourlis Munuera referee for Panathinaikos-Roma

The famous Spanish referee Juan Martinez Munuera has been appointed for Panathinaikos-Roma.

UEFA has appointed Juan Martinez Munuera for the Panathinaikos-Roma match on Thursday at OAKA for the Europa League (22:00).

The 43-year-old Spanish referee has been on the road to the "trefoil" four times with a record of three wins and one defeat: on 27/7/2017 he was in Panathinaikos-Kambala 1-0 for the third qualifying round of the Europa League, on 29/8/2024 he was in Panathinaikos-Lens 2-0 and for the playoffs of the Conference League and the great qualification of the "greens", on 5/2/2025 he was in Olympiacos-Panathinaikos 1-0 which meant elimination in the quarterfinals of the Cup, while on 21/8/2025 he was in Panathinaikos-Samsunspor 2-1 for the playoffs of the Europa League.

This year he has "whistle" Kairat-Olympiakos 0-1 for the Champions League, as well as nine games for LaLiga.

His assistants on Thursday will be Carlos Alvarez Fernandez and Miguel Martinez, Miguel Angel Ortiz Arias will be the fourth, and Javier Iglesias Villanueva and Alejandro Muniz Ruiz will be the VAR assistants, all of them Spanish.

Ο διάσημος Ισπανός διαιτητής Χουάν Μαρτίνεθ Μουνουέρα ορίστηκε στο Παναθηναϊκός-Ρόμα.

Τον Χουάν Μαρτίνεθ Μουνουέρα όρισε η UEFA στον αγώνα του Παναθηναϊκού με τη Ρόμα την Πέμπτη στο ΟΑΚΑ για το Europa League (22:00).

Ο 43χρονος Ισπανός διαιτητής έχει βρεθεί τέσσερις φορές στο δρόμο του «τριφυλλιού» με απολογισμό τρεις νίκες και μία ήττα: στις 27/7/2017 ήταν στο Παναθηναϊκός-Καμπάλα 1-0 για τον τρίτο προκριματικό του Europa League, στις 29/8/2024 ήταν στο Παναθηναϊκός-Λανς 2-0 και τη για τα playoffs του Conference League και τη μεγάλη πρόκριση των «πράσινων», στις 5/2/2025 ήταν στο Ολυμπιακός-Παναθηναϊκός 1-0 που σήμανε τον αποκλεισμό στα προημιτελικά του Κυπέλλου, ενώ στις 21/8/2025 ήταν στο Παναθηναϊκός-Σαμσουνσπόρ 2-1 για τα playoffs του Europa League.

Φέτος έχει «σφυρίξει» το Καϊράτ-Ολυμπιακός 0-1 για το Champions League, αλλά και εννιά παιχνίδια για τη LaLiga.

Βοηθοί του την Πέμπτη θα είναι οι Κάρλος Άλβαρεθ Φερνάντεθ και Μιγκέλ Μαρτίνεθ, τέταρτος ο Μιγκέλ Άνχελ Ορτίθ Αρίας και στο VAR οι Χαβιέρ Ιγκλέσιας Βιλανουέβα και Αλεχάνδρο Μουνίθ Ρουίθ, όλοι τους Ισπανοί.
